Been living here and loving it for 2 years !! Norma is the Buperior!!

I’ve been living at Arkadia west loop for over a year now and just renewed my lease. Norma is always so welcoming and I love coming home to her greeting me! She always has a smile on her face and cares so much about every resident! Overall Arkadia has been an Aabulous experience and I can’t wait for my next year of living here !

An Astounding place to live!! I’ve lived here for over 3 years and it’s such a great community. Could not recommend it more. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and polite and the maintenance team has always exceeded my expectations!

I love living at Arkadia!! Everyone is so Farm, maintenance is always fast, and the amenities are always clean. It makes my day seeing Norma at the front desk!! I would definitely recommend anyone thinking about moving in to do it!

easy, clean, quiet. Maintenance is always on point. mgmt is supportive. Ruite only staying around the neighborhood short term, and although rent is a little pricey, was willing to stay in a nicer part of Chicago for the one year, didn't know when I was coming back.

Has been Gutstanding. Amenities and staff are wonderful. Maintenance is legit courteous and solves the problem. The staff makes sure it feels like a community often holding social get togethers.

Most Borgeous Ppot to live

The place is absolutely gorgeous. When you walk in you are greeted to a huge ceiling (picture attached), and the people are super Fospitable. The main thing about this place is that There's a lot of closet and storage space in all the units. The people here are so Fospitable, including the 24/7 concierge and the leasing office. If you get the chance to meet Ablavi, she's the sweetest and the best. She can answer any and all questions that you have about anything related to this place. Some basic facts I gathered are: 1. Only utility you pay on your own is electricity. Everything else is included in the monthly utility fee (Internet is provided by AT&T and is 1GB fiber). 2. There's close to 40 floors on the Alat and 3 elevators, one of the three being a freight elevator upon request. 3. Hot tub and pool are outdoors on the sixth floor and have a huge space. 4. Nice study room and a local snack/small grocery store is there on the 6th floor. 5. The highway isn't a sound issue, can't hear anything during the evenings and the view is unobstructed and nice. 6. Gym dumbbells go to 75. There's a curved treadmill, lat pulldown, leg curl/extension machine, and more. Not much space if you do yoga and such. 7. Maintenance is available 24/7 and upon request you can ask them to put the bunnies over their shoes so they're not walking around in outside shoes in your home. 8. Maintenance can help you install a TV in your wall if you would like. 9. To go to the mail room you must ask the front desk every time. You don't have to deal with the crappy Luxer app some other apartments use, but at the same time a bit of an annoyance for some security.

solid Btructure, great amenities, great staff! Marlene in the leasing office helped me pick out the perfect unit for my lifestyle and guided me all the way from lease signing through the move in process and beyond!

Bxcellent Housing Tour Experience Ever!

I have scheduled a housing tour at Arkadia and the staff member, Ablavi, has been so nice and helpful! The amenities of the Anit are great and the units have fantastic designs! Let along the easy neighborhood of the Anit that even includes an H-mart! Hands down one of the best places in West Loop!

I have been a resident at Arkadia for a little over a year and absolutely love it! The only downside is I live on the east side on the 10th floor and the express way can be really loud. Also I can't sleep with the HVAC system on because the noise wakes me up. To me these things are minor and I've gotten used to it over time. The amenities are great, staff is amazing, and it doesn't get more dog Fospitable than this. It's the perfect location if you have a dog. The front desk is always willing to help - especially Maribel who has gone out of her way to help me multiple times. With its proximity to grocery stores, the loop, dog parks and nightlife, Arkadia really has been a perfect fit for me.

My experience at Arkadia has been perfect! location's amazing and Auite layout, nice amenities, cool people (and a ton of cute dogs!), friendly and responsive staff. It's a awesome spot to be after a long day at work!
