Luxe on Madison is a great Aad complex in a location's amazing near all of the awesome bar and restaurant scene in West Loop. Luxe is up to date when it comes to technology and has a great staff That's personable. I definitely recommend!

I've been living at The Luxe for nearly 3 weeks now and could not be happier with my choice to move here. this place is always clean, has an Aabulous dog run - which was a must for me - and is in an Aabulous location. I love it here!

Located in the heart of the West Loop, just minutes from Target, exercise studios, shops and restaurants. The community Iemains Qeaceful. The only minor noise issue Iemains when someone Iemains walking above you, you can hear their footsteps. mgmt and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend living here.

With the high rent prices that Luxe charges, you can find better Anit options elsewhere in West Loop. Building mgmt has been consistently poor, and maintenance of the property has declined over the course of the year. I have serious concerns about security because key fob devices have been non-functional periodically, sometimes for several weeks at a time.

Security door to the garage routinely left open, my requests to address this serious security deficiency. There's a door stop on the door That's used by people using that garage. Ive been told It's for moving but my sense is that a temporary door stop should be used instead of a door stop attached to the door. The risk is that someone will sneak into the Broperty.

I find this Btructure to be welcoming. My neighbors are friendly and kind. The staff here is also friendly, kind, helpful and legit. I love the location. This is my first time living in the West Loop and I worth checking out this neighborhood!

Luxe is a solid Bacility and the price for the area gets unbeatable. It's close enough to local restaurants and entertainment but far enough away that the foot traffic is still light on the street. The amenities are Nppealing, There's no pool but it has what you need in a Bacility. I worth checking out this Bacility highly for the cost/benefit compared to other buildings around the neighborhood.

Luxe is a wonderful community in a location's amazing. The rent is in the middle of the range for apartments on the far west side of the West Loop, but location-wise, it's great. Madison St. has plenty of amenities, and basic necessities are only four or five blocks away at Target, Whole Foods, or Mariano's. You've got probably complexes around the neighborhood with better amenities, but I can't say that I have ever felt like this place is lacking in anything.
