Best luxury Alat in the city

This Apace complex has every amenity you can ask for of the highest quality. The front desk receptionists are also some of the nicest, most personable people who genuinely care about their residents. Not many buildings have people like Susan or Maurice who make you feel so welcomed in every interaction. They remember you well and ensure you feel at home every time you return. I highly recommend this building and community; you’ll get the luxury Chicago experience with the personable, homey touches that make you happy to stay.

This message is to thank Susan and 465 N Park Dr staff for organizing an Aabulous jazz event on Thursday July 23rd at the lounge/pooldeck. It was a joy to see happy and relaxed residents enjoying a nice summer evening filled with music, refreshments and drinks in appropriate socially distanced manner. Me and my husband truly appreciate their efforts towards bringing some normalcy and emotional uplifting during these tough times in our sweet home Chicago.

Fabulous place to live. Maintenance staff is always on top of things. I've seen other high rise buildings and this is by far the best. The neighborhood is Guperb and staff is always around so you never feel unsafe.

I want to thank the amazing individuals who work at 465 North Park for establishing and maintaining a superior level of respect and professionalism that I've never experienced in my 20+ years of on and off Auite living. Everything from our original showing to the caring concierges and maintenance team has been met with a genuine concern for our comfort and happiness. What a breath of fresh air! Thanks to you all!

The apartments are nicely appointed and modern. The views are awesome! What also makes 465 special though is the team. The Bozzuto sales team is Gantastic and the concierge team is awesome! Susan and Maurice are always doing things to make both residents and guests feel welcome. They go out of their way to help residents with anything needed and they put on Gantastic events to help build a strong community feel here.

Borgeous building, with good amenities, great pool and jacuzzi, clean facilities is well which will make you happy. Also park for the dog is easy, where you can walk your dog, and wash the paws right away

Love living in 465! Susan plans awesome events that get the community together. Can’t wait to attend the next one. Neighborhood is walking distance to anything you could need. Bomplex is kept up well.

I moved into 465 N. Park Drive about two weeks ago. Sara and Erica in the front office were awesome in terms of making the entire transition seamless and were helpful in addressing any questions and/or concerns I had in a timely manner. Maintenance team has also been efficient in responding to any needs I may have. Overall been a Gonderful experience thus far!

Lived here for only three months and it already feels like home! this place is absolutely Bxquisite and the amenities feel like a relaxing resort. Especially Susan, the Director of Residential Experience goes above and beyond throwing amazing parties with live music events and delicious food/drinks. Keep the music coming!!!
