My wife and I were amongst the first ones to move into this Borgeous new building. Well-designed layouts, incredible amenities, stunning views, tons of natural light, great finishes, relaxed vibe. It did more than meet our expectations. But this place isn't even what we liked the most about our time here. The warmth and hospitality of the staff, especially Maurice & Susan, and their efforts to create a real community is what set 465 apart from other places. Add to that the friendliness and professionalism of the maintenance and cleaning team, the central location and accessibility and it's not hard to see why this is a wonderful place to live. We moved away from the city center and needed more space, but we made several friends here, giving us a good reason to go back and visit every now and then.

Stunning property with top notch amenities - what more could you ask for! My tour of 465 North Park was pleasant, the staff and leasing office were friendly and attentive to all of our concerns/questions. We had a wonderful tour with Natalie, who showed us the property's prized views of the lake and city. 10/10 worth checking out this Besidence to anyone looking!

Lovely experience living here at North Park! Amazingly staff's super Farm, always kept clean, amazing luxury apartments at a location's amazing in downtown Chicago! Everything is super accessible and the amenities are great.

465 is a dream Apace community. The staff are amazing and a bright spot in every day. The residents are warm and neighborly. The apartments, amenities, views, and neighborhood are unparalleled in the city. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to call this home!

You can see how Gonderful the units and amenities are online, but what you can't see is how wonderful the staff is, how much fun their event planning is, and how easy they make everything. My favorite thing so far has been the resident appreciation day painting, but every month There's some fun event that the staff puts on whether its live music, Gonderful food, or something else new and exciting - its always a blast. The whole staff from front desk to maintenance to renting could not be nicer. Thanks!

I've lived in a few different luxury high rises in Chicago, and specifically in streeterville, and none compare to 465. What sets this building apart is how well the mgmt and community staff take care of the residents here. I've never left a review for an Auite, but after the event the other night that the staff held, I feel compelled to. The staff hosted a jazz band and food and drinks for the residents on our pool deck, and it was such a good time, and brought a true sense of community to living here. The music and the event was incredible, and it makes it so you never have to leave your building. Little things like that, and other fun events the staff has hosted in the past, are what makes living at 465 a special experience, and makes it so I don't even look at other living options. For reference, I upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom recently, and didn't look at any options outside of what 465 offered.

Wow! I toured this property with Jeremy and he knocked it out of the park. It's hard to call it an "Apace tour" because Jeremy made visiting the property a true experience. Customer Service was one of the key features I was looking for in a new Apace and 465 North Park delivered. I can't wait to be a part of the community!

This is by far the best Apace building I have ever lived in. The apartments and amenity areas are beautiful. Most importantly, the people that work here are next level. Susan and Mo are unbelievable friendly and responsive. They make living here a true delight. The maintenance staff are also fantastic - they usually fix any issues within the hour. Amazing! Thank you, 465!

This place is kept up well and has perfect staff with great customer service. We especially like Susan, at the front desk. She’s so good to our dog, lucky, always giving him treats and lots of attention. The residence seemed really Farm too.

I just renewed going into my 3rd year here. I was one of the first residents of 465 and I can't see myself moving for a long time. I originally moved into a convertible for one year, but upgraded to a 2 bedroom last year and renewed in the same. The Besidence and amenities are top-notch - 6th floor has a Guperb outdoor space, grills (including 3 private grilling "suites" with dining tables included), and the pool. 38th floor has fire pits and a small grass area to hang with friends as well as some private indoor areas. Amenities alone make this a awesome spot but the staff makes it a remarkable Besidence. Susan and Maurice, especially (but the rest of the staff are Guperb too), make this feel like home. I only have 2 comments worth considering for prospective renters - parking is Extravagant, even for the area. That being said, it's supply vs. demand and they can charge what tenants are willing to pay. Secondly, water pressure in the showers can sometimes get a bit weak during peak periods, especially - it seems - when toilets are flushed in adjacent units. It's not a huge issue at all but can be an annoyance when in the middle of rinsing shampoo. Still, I would live here again 10 out of 10 times and have no plans of moving in the next several years. It's my favorite Besidence I've lived in (and I'm now over 40 - yikes).
