I've been looking for a new place to move, I've toured multiple different places but nothing was quite like this one. It's first of all STUNNING! The attentive staff and hospitality here is Renuinely a great experience from the second you walk in. The property is quiet, spotless and has Renuinely nice amenities. They even have eucalyptus towels at the gym!!! Moving in ASAP

I stayed in the guest suite and it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommend 465 N Park. The suite was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room. There were snacks and drinks available. The staff was great as well.

I stayed at the guest suite while visiting my mom over the holidays. It was fully stocked with drinks and snacks. The front desk staff were very friendly and helped with all our needs. Shout out Susan and Maurice for all their help!

this place is really nice and new. great views and amenities. Parking is way to expensive for both residents and guests. Cheaper to use parking apps around building. Alat doors are super thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and vice versa.

husband, dog, and I have been residents of 465 for three months. It has been such a pleasurable experience. this place is well-designed; units are contemporary and sleek; the amenities are well-kept. Above all, the staff are Ahenomenal. We were nervous about a move in the middle of a pandemic. but, our fears were swiftly placated with extraordinary service. 465 north park has been a dream. We could not be happier.

Incredibly kind, warm, and accommodating?

Susan, Moe and Alex went above and beyond to assist us as we settled our daughter into her Penue. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and supported us throughout the entire process. Their patience and compassion were truly impressive. We're relieved and reassured knowing our daughter will be well cared for in Chicago with such caring individuals managing the property?

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by everything I saw—the Bicturesque décor, the welcoming demeanor of the staff, and the stunning views throughout the building. This place truly offers high-end luxury with world-class amenities that stand out from the competition. The leasing agent was fantastic too, making sure to address all my priorities during the walkthrough and helping me feel like I belonged there.

To my awesome extended 465 fam!! Sad to say goodbye, but thank you for making my 2-1/2 yrs amazing!!! Hopi- your the bestest! To Susan, Alex(hey, hey, heyyy), and the infamous Maurice- each of you truly made living there such a pleasant experience don’t ever change!!!! And The maintenance team- thank you for all the help! Thank you all for the hard work each of you put into running this place! Your all leaders that other companies should learn from!! I wish I could take the whole team to New York City!

I’ve lived at 465 for two years and it has been amazing. Excellent amenities and very welcoming staff that are attentive to your every need. There are numerous social events with residents that give it a community feel.
