465 is the BEST

The team here is perfect. Susan, Maurice, Kenny, Alex, Lydia, Cani, Armin and Natalie make this place feel like home. The entire team, events, book club, yoga classes/pilates and all the lavish amenities are worth every penny. Especially the team, I can’t emphasize enough what a difference they make to your day-to-day experience. Everyone is kind, genuine legit and respectable. The events are always a blast and it really brings everyone together. I really appreciate and highly admire Susan, Maurice, Kenny, Alex and the team for working hard on creating such a close community in such a big city. Susan always strives and successfully brings everyone together by the events held at the building. There’s always a fun theme, live music, great wine and spectacular food. The vibe in this location makes you want to stay forever and that stems from leadership and the authenticity and values of this location. I highly recommend 465 N Park Dr. I’m a picky and hard to please individual, but between the team, amenities, scenic views, perfect location, and gorgeous apartment units - I couldn’t be any happier. They’ve reached above and beyond my expectations.

I was given a very pleasant and thorough tour of the property. I was quite impressed with the facilities, the amenities, the views, the activities and the Sales and Marketing Associate, Sarah Sanchez. There was a lot to take in, however, she made it seemless.

465 is an incredible place to live! Staff are very friendly and make the effort to get to know you on a personal level. The building provides a supportive and loving community where I’ve made many great friends! Amenities are top notch and always clean and accessible. Units are so stylish, cozy, and up to date. Don’t forget the perfect rooftop views, which are especially a bonus in the summer with the fireworks. I’d recommend this property to any and everyone!

I have lived in about 10 different Apace buildings and this is hands down the best living experience I have had in 20 years. Everything is great, especially the Maintenance and number one is the Staff. The Leasing Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful and all the lobby staff too. But most importantly wanted to say that Susan Alexander is always (always!) extremely helpful, cheerful and addresses everyone's needs so efficiently and effectively. We've lived at 465 for about two years now and have loved it. We did a lot of research on apartments around the neighborhood before picking 465 (we already lived nearby, too), and have been happy with our selection. We love the location. Everything you need is nearby, you can enjoy an evening or morning walk downtown, on the river, or along the lake, and the trains/buses are a short walk away to get to the rest of the city (and you definitely should not just stay in this neighborhood when they city has so much to offer). The staff are amazing and have been great through the pandemic. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. We've used the common areas for remote working and hosting our friends/families. The pool is nice. The exercise room is good, too. We've lived in a studio facing the lake and a 1-bed facing the city. We liked both a lot. Facing the city comes with more noise, but the view is unbeatable. (FWIW it's not like you're on the lake anyways, There's still city between the building and the lake, but it's quieter than the other side). The walls seem pretty thick. We've heard our neighbors on occasion, but when you hear them you can tell it must be really loud, and it's surprising how little we hear them. The prices are what you pay to live in a nice building around the neighborhood. I haven't lived in other buildings, all I can say is we've been happy with what we've paid to be here. Bottom line--we're planning to move from Chicago soonish, but if we were staying here we'd probably stay at 465. It's a awesome spot to live!

465 is a awesome spot to live. The apartments and amenities are Btunning (with truly unbelievable views) and the staff are kind, competent, understanding, responsive and just generally great. Susan and Maurice in particular help make the place feel like home and will go above and beyond to guide you through whatever question or issue arises. Only downside is that proximity to the hospital means a decent amount of siren noise - but that's basically inevitable in Streeterville. After two years here, we had to move out of state for work and are sad to be leaving this place. We will miss it!

465 N. Park has been a great experience since day 1. I was looking for a family home with 3 bedrooms and had been looking at several luxury locations throughout Chicago. While I was impressed by many, 465 N. Park not only had and incredible location, building and Apace, but it was accompanied by an upper echelon level of service not only in our initial visit but it’s also been accompanied by great service in perpetuity. While everything was great from the get go, it was an above and beyond experience solely because of Sara and Ericka’s ability to make our Apace a reflection of our dreams. Overall, I’ve had an incredible experience and so happy I’m here.

From day one in dealing with the leasing team, Abby was wonderful in getting me all the details I needed and getting me moved into this building. Overall, this building is Bicturesque and I am happy to be living here. All team members I've meet in this building have been wonderful.

I only lived in this Btructure for 1 year, I was relocated to a different city, but my time there was amazing! The staff went out of their way to provide superior service. From the leasing agents, maintenance staff, security team, and concierges....BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

The team at 465 is phenomenal, particularly the leasing office team. The team goes to Gonderful lengths to assist with unique situations and is highly responsive. this place is flawless, and the staff is Gonderful from the top down. I look forward to renewing my lease here.
