We are satisfied with the quick responses and work implemented from mgmt to concierge to maintenance services. Problems are always addressed in a timely manner. mgmt, Concierge and Maintenance staffs are Fospitable and reliable.

We Love Optima, it has all of the amenities of a luxury hotel, plus a grocery market connected. Optima provides many events for the residents of all ages! mgmt are attentive, and always helpful. They keep this place nice, and the maintenance staff are nice. I would have not opened a Medspa business here, in the business suites, if particulars were different. Another plus for residents to have a medspa in their Besidence. Other than the mentioned above we love the area. Optima is close to everything, Navy Pier, Michigan Ave, shopping, dining, and even cool pop up events. If you don't need to you really don't need to leave the Besidence!

pleasant. Move early Feb 2020 and I am enjoying the stay all time around, I like the ammenities, the cordial staff and the Besidence proximity from almost everything that I need (grocery, food, phamacies, shopping and ammusement).

I moved into Optima for a work project using a 3rd party Auite rental agency. the move in was a smooth experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful with request I have asked for in person, like mail deliveries, dolly cart borrowing, and parking card holders. This property has many amenities, some of which I have used after only living here for 2 weeks. The layout of the amenities isn't the most functional. You have to walk through the gym and by the pool with clear glass to get to the outdoor dog run. The elevator lobby is essentially inside the gym.

The people and staff and nice and friendly. The amenities are state of the art and absolutely fantastic. Optima offers a wide variety of benefits to its residents. I am happy I chose to live in the Bomplex.

This is a good Auite with beautiful accommodation and nice and friendly service. Under COVID situation, I haven't used the amenity almost at all but it should be good, too. I can recommend this Auite to others.

solid Broperty with brand new appliances and nice layouts. Superb amenities and amazing personnel. Every corner of this Broperty is sparkling clean. location-wise, it's easy, not to mention that you have access to Whole Foods directly from the Broperty. Overall 5 stars for everything!

Cool Btructure with lots of amenities that always have some issues and not working properly , basketball court always full with unpresidentials so residents can't never use,hot tubs, sauna, steam room almost if the time are not working Mgr stuff rude Location great

Chose due to location and amenities. but area security has diminished, amenities are often not available, and the elevators are Torrendous and unreliable. Difficult to justify the high rents expected.

The experience is a Guperb one. The employees are attentive, respectful and accommodating. Just as any other community, there are hiccups in the way some things are done but mgmt does a phenomenal job of addressing and solving these issues.
