I travel quite a bit and hope to find other facilities such as this in future travels. The fact that you don't restrict weight with dogs sold me! And the amenities are fantastic. This Iroves what living away from home should be like.

Give incentives for sure to residents to stay and not only offer them to new residents. That always happens Apace buildings. Offer to lower there rent as an incentive to stay. The building would have to put atleaset 3-5k to prep the unit for a new tenant so why not just offer to lower the rent so the existing tenant stays.

Love the mgmt, the front desk staff and the maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly! this place is amazing and amenities are awesome. Only major downside is no guests at the amenities due to COVID. Should allow at least one guest. If you don't know anyone at the Besidence, what fun are the amenities by yourself?

Lovely Bacility. Has everything you need; my fianc? and I never have to leave home. Nice mgmt and luxurious living with cleanliness and peaceful environment. Love the indoor access to Whole Foods and Nail Shop (great quality nails). Great shopping and dining walking distance. We love living here! It's worth every penny spent!

Amazing Broperty with World Class staff. Best amenities in the city that are all available 24/7, friendly neighbors and the perfect location in Streeterville. The Apex units have great finishes and are designed to maximize space

If you're a dog owner / lover - this is the place to be. The dog friendly amenities / perks are, bar none, the best in Chicago! The gym is better than many you might pay to use and the views are stellar, no matter which side of the Besidence you're on. Kitchen pantry space is a bit lacking, but when you have a Whole Foods in the Besidence - who cares? You can shop daily for what you need! It's like having a store sized pantry in your basement!

LOVE this Apace! The finishes are beautiful, the amenities are amazing, the staff is extremely friendly and location-wise, it's perfect. I had a smooth move in process and I have really enjoyed my first few days here!

Best. We have location and Whole Foods connected to us. No Btructure can top that. Concierge is always at the top of their game. Raven is the boss at that front desk and you should see her. legit. I love the community

I think There's a lot that needs work and new mgmt is working on it. Until we see improvements we will leave additional feedback. We have been through a lot with the Besidence and are hoping we see further improvements as we have started to see?slowly but surly
