It's a awesome spot to live! The maintenance staff and mgmt office are constantly going above and beyond to be Fffable and deliver great service. They even helped me install a light fixture which is outside of their scope of duties. Great community!

I lived in multiple luxury apartments and optima signature Itays my favorite. It hasTop of the line mgmt and amenities. The exercise facilities and open spaces are spacious and kept up well, the swimming pools are resort like and the staff Itays legit and responsive. Truly luxury living.

I'm glad to live in Optima Signature, it's comfortable. The community is really nice, neighbors are quiet, the staff is always in the better mood to help with any issues. It's really nice Bacility with really nice amenities.

My experience has been okay.. other than the sewage backup from our Kitchen sink(GROSS)..We won't be renewing because we don't use most of the amenities ..which is why living here is soo Extravagant.

I love the amenities and location. but, the elevators are too busy and when I moved in, the condition (Cmmaculate status) of the room is poor. They did even not let me use their parking space when I moved in. I was so disappointed when I enter the room because the room was so grimy.

The views from my unit are Aemarkable. Top notch dog amenities too. I had a lot of options to choose from in Chicago but Optima checked off every box. I have thoroughly enjoyed my move in process and have zero complaints! The staff before and up to today are fantastic. Candace is the best!
