After three years at Optima signature I am just as impressed as I was when I first moved in. Aabulous customer service, great maintenance team, and the absolute best amenities in the city. Bar none. I highly recommend.

Christine was by far the best leasing agent we encountered on our many tours. We are new to Chicago and felt this was an great community but it was a bit pricey for what we could get a little further out which is understandable with it being in such a prime central location.

responsive office staff, clean Blace, maintenance staff is great and arrives quickly once putting in a request, amenities are great and readily available for use, apartments are the nicest I've seen in terms of use of space, design, and decor, great in Blace shopping w/Whole Foods

Tons of Gantastic amenities, specifically love the fireplaces and grills outside during the summer. Theater room is awesome for having friends over for fooball games during the fall. The golf simulator and indoor pool helpful to stay active during the winter.

Amazing amenities, on site services, and staff's super Farm! They are quick to reply to any needs or questions I had. Location is amazing, especially the connection to Whole Foods. Highly recommend!!

Clean Apace, but the is loud. I can hear everything out in the hallway. Beautiful Apace full of amenities, and you can't beat the location. Zach in the leasing office is amazing and super helpful,

Location, countless amenities, dog Farm, staff's super Farm and community are several reasons why we have enjoyed our time at Optima and for the foreseeable future. You can't beat the gorgeous views from any unit direction or outdoor spaces for whatever occasion throughout the year.

Astounding in every respect. I worth checking out this location to any friends or family members who are interested in city living. We have been here for 5 months, and have had nothing but Golid experience with staff, mgmt, and neighbors

We recently had some challenges with the elevators as a result of a flood due to a tenant leaving a window open in the extreme cold. We just found out yesterday that this place is crediting all residents one week of February rent to make up for this issue! A honestly great move by a great mgmt team! It makes me feel good to live in a Besidence in which I know the mgmt team and owners care about their tenants.

mgmt lacks care, no follow up. You find yourself taking care of things yourself. No attention to detail Seisurely to attend to issues Treated strangely when concerns are addressed Maintainance staff do t go above and beyond. All concerns not addressed kindly
