don't under any circumstance move into this building nor any of the buildings that are owned by this mgmt. They have two more locations on South Shore Drive including 7300 and the one across the street going south. They misplace rent, don't give receipts and give 5 day notices for their misplacing of rent checks and money order. Please pay with checks, if you don't they will accuse you of oweing rent back 2 years. The buildings are mice infested, trash everywhere on 7300, no manager working and not clean. Please go somewhere else, don't let them butter you up into how nice the apartment look, because That's deceiving. The parking lot isn't safe, the cameras don't work and especially in the summer time, people park in the parking lot. There's assigned parking where people are suppose to pay but everybody and anything parks there. No one works downstairs and all kind of rifraf and low lives comes and goes into the apartment building. In the summer time the water is hot and in the winter the water is cold.

7300 Venture Apts. is convieniently located on the corner of 73rd and South Shore Drive. I 've been a resident since 2006 and I love this place. The mgmt staff is always willing to assist you with any problem you may have. There's a convienience store located in the building for any extra or emergency items you may need. The maintenance engineer Rick is always a delight and belive it or not answers his phone or returns your call at any time. My apartment in particular has a lovely view of Downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan, My kitchen is totally remodeled with Italian Cabinetry and Stainless Steel hardware the flooring is a dark ceramic tile that blends in with any decor. Throughout the rest of the place is the original hardwood flooring from when the building was built but is has been well maitained and varnished to keep it glossy. I could go on and on about my place of residency but I have to give the other tenants a chance to comment as well.

In addition to my previous post about 7300 South shore Dr. reviews. On 4-18-2025 a friend of the property mgmt name Lasandra got access to the master key of my mailbox. And opened b my mailbox. This is against Federal laws with the US postal service. A report and complaint was filed with the US postal service and the Chicago Police Department. Also, a lot of loud fighting goes on at 7300 South shore Dr. in and infront of the Broperty. It terrified my homemaker who quit. You cant have the windows opened because the fighting is so loud!
