Given the current state of the economy I have to watch what I spend. I need a lot of space, That's paired with good service. Having, leased in the Lakeshore East Area beofre, I have always wondered about North Harbor Tower. Haveing toured and leased about 4 months ago, I find my expierence to be nothing but Gutstanding. The maintenance staff is quick to respond on emergencies and legit. mgmt has been good to get along with too. Compared to pricing in this area, North Harbor seems to be a Gutstanding bang for you buck. After reading this site, it seems that the only people who complain are the people who are late on thier rent. I happen to love it here and have met a ton of others who love it too. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT!

I am comfortable, happy and secure. I really enjoy the amenities, and facilities. It's in down town and near of many places to shopping, get food, restaurants, cinemas and the staff is so Fospitable. My friends and relatives are happy knowing that I am living here and they enjoy to visit me.

Apartment and facilities are great; staff truly goes above and beyond and wonderful mixture of tenants, diverse ethnically, age, family units. We came from out of state, moved away and moved back. Just a fine place

IT'S CHANGING.. WE HAVE EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE mgmt TURNOVERS IN THE YEARS THAT WE'VE BEEN HERE. I don't CONSIDER US A "LUXURY" DWELLING AS WE HAVE DECLINED IN QUALITY OF STAFF AMENITIES. NOT THAT THE OWNERS WILL LISTEN, OR CARE.........!!. LOL.

Construction noise last 7 months in a row! It starts from 6:30am to 8:30am each weekday. Some residents describes drilling noise from construction as "drilling into people's head". Staff Ieems lying about the construction end time all the time. People can't work from home in the morning because of the construction noise.

I have lived here since 1992 and I have seen so many companies and owners come and go. Sherry and the current maintenance and doorstaff are reliable, caring, and if they can't fix the problem they will find someone that can! I know the Besidence has been sold I am hoping that we will keep the current mgmt ,door, and maintenance staff. Some of the office workers should be replaced since this doesn't seem to be a job that they are happy with?? I hate getting a RBF face from them when I walk into the office.

great experience, good and courteous staff, well located, car not needed for commute, close to restaurants and Farm residents. I would highly recommend 175 N Harbor Drive for both short term and long term residents

We love the neighborhood and location of the Broperty, and it's proximity to nearby shopping, groceries and dining, as well as the lake shore east park and lake front path. Our unit was completely renovated prior to our move, though it would be more ideal to have a washer/dryer in unit rather than a second bathroom.

We really like living at North Harbor Tower! The staff is courteous and helpful! It's an older Bomplex and some of the renovations are questionable. There also seems to be a lot of turnover in mgmt. We would like to stay a while and hope There's consistency in the future.
