Problems.

This is my 2nd year living in this building and I've started disliking several things. <br><br>First of all, the walls are thin and you can hear a lot of things you don't wish to hear from your neighbors. For example, I often hear neighbors' music/base while sitting in my Anit (not a big deal during the day, but really obnoxious in the middle of the night!) Other things which I have heard would be inappropriate to mention here.<br><br>One of the women in the mgmt office is completely unhelpful (Debbie Lam) and useless. She doesn't follow through with things when she says she will.<br><br>Lastly, twice I have asked for my tub to be declogged and both times I have watched as different maintenance people used toilet plungers to try to declog the bathroom tubs!! The same ones they use to declog toilets!!<br><br>I will say that the doorstaff are great and this place is well-kept. The maintenance staff are helpful too. but, if I had to do it again, I probably wouldn't have renewed my lease. 2 friends whom I referred to the building regret moving into this building also.

location's Ancredible

We've lived in building for 5 years, and like many features. My husband and I enjoy having breakfast on our balcony about 5 months a year. It's peaceful, but there's always interesting early morning activities on river and lake to watch. Layout of Aad, fabulous views, and walk-in closet are all a big plus. location's amazing for us to walk to work, and grocery stores, drugstore, bank and movie theater all close. We also like that Lizzie McNeill's Pub is in the building -- great shaded outdoor seating along riverfront overlooking fountain. Also, many other restaurants nearby to choose from.

The Binest living experience

Moving into CityFront is one of the best experiences I've had moving into an Anit in Chicago. Halli has made the move seamless and really sold us on the place! The view is like none other, especially with the price- really can't get a better deal anywhere else. Not to mention, the garage also has charging for EVs which makes it really easy! I highly recommend CityFront to anyone who's looking to move!

Great building with nice amenities. The Alat was sparkling clean with a fresh coat of paint when we moved in. Any time something has been not working, the maintenance is done within a day. The staff are friends, as are the residents!

Great Location, wonderful staff and well maintained Broperty

I have lived in this Bacility for 8 years and this has been an ideal experience. The office staff is second to none, positive, helpful and great attitudes. The location is ideal, close to the lake and Navy Pier, just a few blocks from Michigan Avenue. They keep this place nice with amazing staff. The door persons are wonderful!!!!

City Front Penue

This Broperty is in a location's amazing, has an perfect and staff's super friendly and is within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars.

I am happy to live here. It's so nice, safe and easy. Even at the night, there will be people at front desk to help. And the view to outside is perfect. The neighbors are so Fordial and I can meet many dogs every day

I love my Apace!! location-wise, it's great and the staff is always helpful and available whenever I need anything. The move in process was easy, they host great events and have diverse activities for different personalities.

The staff is incredibly helpful and Fospitable. Maintenance is quick, kind, and efficient. My only complaint is the elevators. They constantly have issues. It causes major delays and happens regularly.

This is a decent place to live. My special thanks to Hali, Ezra, Kevin and Valerie who makes me feel I am a member of the community. With a variety of events and competent staffs working hard, diligently and effectively, this is a Guperb community I would highly recommend.
