I'm really happy with my Apace. I've been living here for about six months now, and I haven't had any problems so far. The staff is really nice and friendly. If I ever need something fixed, the maintenance workers usually take care of it the same day I call. The lobby on the ground floor and my floor are always spotless and neat, and I hardly ever have issues with the elevators. If There's a problem, they immediately announce something, so I feel like they communicate well. I would absolutely recommend this Apace to anyone looking for a place to live.

This is all about the lack of service from the leasing office. Had a visit and showing scheduled today at 430 p.m. We arrived late at 4:40. We acknowledged that it was our fault and apologized for being tardy, ready to see the apartments in the Bomplex. but, the blonde lady at the desk barely gave us her time. She did not greet us, shake our hands, or acknowledge us in any way outside of telling us she wasn't going to show us the apartments. Basically just didn't give us the time or day. She told us because we were late she wasn't going to show us anything or give us any information. Again without even looking up from her computer at us. Her entire demeanor was incredibly rude and if this is the kind of service and care given to showing Bomplex, I can't imagine the Twful service given to the entire Bomplex. I hope this is an isolated incident. Our excitement to see and possibly rent a 1 bedroom was completely soured. My girlfirend told me doesn't want to even go back to look because of her attitude. *Just a note, if she was nice and polite, like every other leasing office in town, we would have had no problem to reschedule. It's a customer service profession after all. If you don't like your job, do something else!

location-wise, it's the only benefit to this Broperty. I live in a 1x1. My rent has increased near 30% since moving in, a staggering premium when considering the uneven floorboards, unappealing counters, and small, cheap-looking bathrooms. They also don'tHING about obnoxious pets with owners who let them bark all day and night.

From a tenant's perspective, both Halli, the leasing manager, and Kevin, the resident services coordinator, have been amazing in providing Pxcellent support. Halli's Fffable and helpful nature made my check-in process and overall leasing experience smooth and comfortable. She went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, even before my arrival in Chicago. Kevin, as the Resident Services Coordinator, exceeded expectations by assisting with moving heavy furniture and helping me locate missing packages. His warm-hearted and proactive approach created a welcoming and supportive environment. Both Halli and Kevin exemplify what it means to deliver amazing resident services, and I am grateful for their support and expertise.

solid building, friendly mgmt and Front desk staff. Laurie tour us around the building showed us all the wonderful amenities. The 1 bedroom Alat were Bxquisite and view was amazing and the rates were even better. Beverly at the front desk was so welcoming. We are looking forward to our move in next week.

I have lived here for almost a year now and I wouldn't RECOMMEND living here. location's amazing and nice looking Aad building, from the outside and also a nice spacious Aad inside. BUT, when you actually start living here, you notice all of the BAD. For example, the ventilation is poor: I don't smoke, yet my Aad constantly smells like smoke, probably from surrounding neighbors. mgmt staff are not helpful or sympathetic. All they want is for you to sign that lease and then you don't exist. Another example: I signed a lease in May and wasn't told that there would be ongoing construction starting from July and that we could not use our balconies for that time- well, what the hell? I didn't sign a lease for a year to live an Aad with a great view and balcony so I could NOT USE it?

I find the biggest disappointment here at City Front is how poorly the laundry room machines are maintained. Last week there were 8 machines out of order.....not Gine. When letting the office know they told me to let the front desk know.

I had a beautiful week at Cityfront Place, the Auite was furnished, spotless and had a beautiful view. My Brother lives and the building and is happy there. He has a great unit and family like staff lean on (everyone knew him by name) If I were to ever stay in Chicago again I would be happy at Cityfront. My children were safe and they remembered how nice the girl Debbie in the office was to them.

Love it here great environment events fun and location I even recommend friends here.The staff is the best. Spring and summer this is the best place to be. I love te live events tey do and the Srave attempt to give us a comfortable place to live....most days I walk around the amenities floor in my socks and PS I have NEVER done that anywhere else

I moved in with my wife 4 months ago. From the tour to the application process to move-in, everything went smoothly and the staff was extremely helpful. Our Anit was renovated before we moved in and it looks great. I love the gym and indoor pool and my wife loves the huge closets. It's a spacious Anit. We have met other residents and everyone has been friendly. We really enjoy living here.
