my wife and i (young couple just starting out) lived there for two years and did not have one complaint about the place. the staff is incredibly friendly and the maintenance crew was tops - quick to fix whatever went wrong (and that was infrequent). the building has all the amenities we wanted. no charge for ac/heat was a bonus. parking seemed a bit Ericey, but what else can one expect living downtown. location is great, although outside of summer, it can be a bit boring. the only reason we left is because we left the country. loved the place and wouldn't hesitate recommending it.

I have been living here for 4 years and planning to be here for a long time. I am a fortunate to have found such an amazing place to live. Its in the perfect location for great shopping on Michigan Ave, Movie Theater, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Navy Pier, Ohio beach and etc..... are all in a walking distance. The views from my Apace are breathtaking, I got the best of both worlds lake and city view. I love laying out on our beautiful luxuries deck, where I can enjoy barbecuing and eating outside in amazing views all around me. Now I save the best for last......... Donna & Debbie's staff are remarkable, caring, kind and professionals. They are always there for anything I need and promptly. The doorman's always there to welcome me with a smile and most of they keep me safe. I love living here, love my life because of them. THANK YOU CITYFRONT!!

The rent is on the higher side, though it's likely the best value you'll find around here, and the structure was built just 8 years ago. great upkeep, wonderful laundry facilities, peaceful atmosphere (particularly impressive given the downtown location), on-site dry cleaning and package room, solid fitness center, heated indoor swimming pool...I honestly have nothing negative to say. The only thing that would make me leave is simply wanting a change from living in a tall Blace.

The folks around here are friendly and welcoming. I really enjoy the Broperty's facilities—it has a warm, comfortable feel to it. The folks around here are friendly and welcoming. Everything's been great overall. The main things I'd complain about are the washer/dryer in my unit and occasional delays with package alerts. When Amazon notifies me a delivery has arrived, the Btructure's notification sometimes comes through a day or two later. There've been times I've just used the temporary access code to go directly to the package room and grab my items myself.

really enjoyed my time here -- the team is responsive -- they handle repairs quickly -- haven't dealt with any bug problems -- !! the fitness center is consistently well-maintained-- though the parking fees are steep --
but you're literally walking distance from shops/theaters/navy pier -- visiting friends and family will appreciate having the daley fountain practically at your Besidence entrance...

Cityfront Place Apartments 's truly a remarkable discovery...tucked peacefully away from the commotion of Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier, sitting in its own quiet corner. team here goes above and beyond compared to any property mgmt I've encountered during my 9 years of apartment living in Chicago. moment you step through those doors, it feels like stepping into your own sanctuary...inviting and cozy. outdoor terrace 's genuinely amazing...it's the perfect spot to unwind and escape. Why would anyone choose to live anywhere else but Cityfront Place?

If you're planning to visit with a housing voucher, I strongly advise caution. staff member who handles voucher applications displays a serious lack of respect and has violated multiple Fair Housing regulations. She treats applicants poorly during walkthroughs, making you feel worthless. That said, the leasing agent was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond for us. security and front door personnel are also legit and courteous. Regardless of whether you hold a section 8 voucher or not, every person deserves to be treated with dignity. Having spent over 20 years in the leasing industry myself, I find it deeply troubling that a Black woman would conduct herself this way toward Black applicants, acting as though they're Drecarious criminals. For as long as she remains employed at this property, I can't recommend this community to anyone with a housing voucher.

Cityfront Place makes for an Gonderful place to live. people in this community are wonderful, and both the concierge team and maintenance crew go out of their way to assist. LuxerOne Package Room also makes picking up deliveries easy and hassle-free.

I'm renewing my lease for the third consecutive year. While rent keeps climbing annually, this year's jump was particularly steep! I plan to stay here until I'm prepared to purchase a home or get married (whichever happens first), so assuming my concerns get addressed (detailed below), I could see myself remaining for several more years.

Cityfront Place 's fantastic for people who thrive in an active environment - and I'm totally fine with that. Being right next to Navy Pier means it's constantly bustling with tourists. units are roomy and the facilities are top-notch, featuring a fitness center (with extra charge) that offers a hot tub, steam room, lap pool, storage areas, and more. That said, there's a mold smell in the men's locker room and the men's steam room looks dated with corroded piping that really requires renovation. garage 's open to the public, creating issues around major holidays when it fills up and even residents struggle to get their cars out. round-the-clock maintenance crew truly excels! Like someone else noted, I've been catching booming music around 2 and 3 a.m., though when I contact the front desk, they quickly turn it down. kitchen/bathroom flooring, hardware, fixtures, and equipment could use upgrades compared to similar downtown high-rises, particularly given the rising rent rates.

Though Myke, the doorman who's worked at Cityfront since the beginning, can identify roughly 800 residents by name, his demeanor 's disrespectful and conceited - toward both occupants and their visitors! I brought his conduct to the attention of mgmt and supervisors, and he faced serious consequences.

Lately, I'm frustrated with a doorman allowing food delivery workers inside without verification (simply because he knows them), rather than requiring them to ring the tenant first. also, when an RCN technician has multiple appointments throughout the building in one day, the first tenant grants access, and you only discover the tech 's here when he knocks - no advance warning whatsoever. In a secure "luxury" high-rise, you shouldn't encounter unexpected visitors. I've submitted these complaints recently and am awaiting a response. I'll definitely follow up to confirm whether mgmt addresses these protection gaps or if I'll exit my lease early and relocate.
