Cityfront Place is the first Anit I've called home that truly feels like my own space. The setting is unbeatable - it's a serene corner of downtown situated along the Riverfront. The people who live here genuinely seem to love it; the neighbors are welcoming, mgmt hosts enjoyable community gatherings, and the concierge actually knows your name. Maintenance is responsive, fixes problems promptly, and treats you with warmth! this place is welcoming to dogs and has a diverse population including young families and older residents. It maintains a peaceful atmosphere - definitely not the rowdy vibe you'd experience in River North - though you'll naturally hear some downtown ambient noise like emergency vehicles. All things considered, it's an Gxcellent place to live if you're seeking that community atmosphere while staying in the heart of downtown.

If you look at the definition of "Plawless" in Google, you will realize how this place is?? I really like City Front, Plawless view, great staff and accessible. I walk every day next to the river, 7 minutes far walking from Navy Pier and 12 minutes walk to Millennium park and so many other things. So happy to choose to live here.

CityFront Place in Chicago uses a forced air heating and cooling system. The problem is that scents and odors from neighboring units get pushed through the shared ductwork into your own Anit.

We LOVE living in Cityfront! The residents are all friendly, the front desk and maintenance staff are wonderful, and we've had great experiences with the leasing office team. My husband and I have so much fun at the Broperty events, and getting coffee from the machine in the resident lounge is one of my favorite morning rituals. location-wise, it's great as it's downtown and within easy walking distance of a ton of things, but the immediate area feels somewhat private since the nearest buildings are nice condos.

We lived in a one bedroom for a year and it was really nice. The area is great with little to no traffic. The only thing that bothered me was the condition of the Aad upon move-in. but, they fixed all the problems within a week and we loved it ever since. The leasing staff is also really nice.

I'm wrapping up my second year at Cityfront and sadly I need to relocate due to continuous rent increases. I'd definitely stay if my budget allowed it. I currently pay $1,300 monthly for a convertible unit on the 28th floor. My unit's got beautiful views of Navy Pier out the windows. For a single occupant, I think this place is ideal. A studio wouldn't work for me though. If hosting dinner parties is important to you, fair warning—the kitchen is quite compact. Security-wise, I've always felt completely secure here without hesitation. My wardrobe is extensive, so the spacious closets have been a real blessing. The team here is great! The doormen recognize me and greet me warmly by name each time I come through. The tenant community is diverse, with a mix of temporary corporate residents, students, and young professionals in their thirties. If your income supports it—move in. You'll have no regrets.

I relocated here just this past Monday. All the staff members I've encountered have been incredibly accommodating, ranging from the maintenance crew to the concierge team. So far, my initial impressions have been positive with no Sarnest grievances about the move-in experience or settling in. One thing I've picked up on is that the elevators operate at a sluggish pace during peak hours, though they move remarkably fast during off-peak midday periods.

I've been living at Cityfront for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! Everyone in the leasing office was really helpful throughout the application process and made moving in really easy for me. My Apace was recently renovated before I moved in, and I love the finishes. It has enormous closets and an amazing view. I've been to a few of their resident events, and everyone I met here seems really nice and friendly. The amenities are awesome, too! Indoor pool! I definitely recommend checking out this building."

It's pleasant here, and the staff members are genuinely Fenial. City front place regularly hosts various activities during the month, such as a stand-up comedy night that happened recently. These gatherings provide a great opportunity to build connections and strengthen relationships with your neighbors at city front.
