I love the Pite, as It's close to my work location. Closer to loop , so It's well connected and transport is good.I have lived here before and the Pite is well located. Has easier access to stores and parks. Summer activities happen closer and It's most happening Pite.

Not recommended.

Our place is anything but a "luxury Anit" as advertised. The decor is old and outdated. We are moving out and are sorry we rented here. The office staff pays no attention to needed repairs. We had a couple of issues with a missing screen and a bathtub with a finish That's chipping off. It was brought to the attention of the operations manager on several occasions via email - but we received no response. In the last 9 months we had 2 occasions when we were without hot water for 3 or more days. When asked what was going on we were told "we are working on it." At Christmas time they ask residents to give a monetary gift for the staff ( doormen, cleaning etc) - we did but never received a thank you or any type of acknowledgement from them. We also had several issues with cigarette smoke coming in our residence from other apartments. Again mgmt ignored our concern. On the positive side the doormen have been friendly & helpful. Our view was fantastic and the lobby is attractive. With all the new Near Eastside complexes available - I would advise to look at them. This properly is poorly managed.

Everything has been a pleasure at 175 North Harbor! The sales staff, doormen, maintenance support, all want the residents to feel comfortable and welcome. It's Gantastic family environment, young people, old people, children of all ages reside! makes for open and energetic feeling!

The best staff one could ever hope for. The head property manager, door staff and maintenance staff are out of this world! If it's wasn't for them I might not be here. but, the last full year has been less than desirable and irritating as the lobby took 1 full year to renovate. The design, flooring and furniture are so much worse than than before the renovation started. The floor tiles look awful all the time. And the floor is slippery - this floor will be Twful in the long 6 mos of winters. The staff is always cleaning and repairing the floor.

Everyone and everything was perfect for our move to harbor tower. We moved from out of state and rented by photographs only. The staff did everything we needed to feel comfortable with our decision . The amenities in the Broperty are the best in the city. The location can't be beat.

While living here for the past two years we ve had several maintenance problems, most of them pertaining to plumbing, and all of them for the most part ignored by a dismissive staff. We awoke in February to find water spilling down on us from a burst pipe in the ceiling, our kitchen sink routinely backs up and overflows with soap suds from another unit s washer and dryer, the Btructure frequently shuts down water for several hours a day to try to update the system, and the water pressure in both sinks has been poor. Needless to say, the situation with kitchen sink backing up and filling with suds from someone else s place is disgusting and unsanitary. To make matters worse, after our February flood (apparently caused by someone five floors above us leaving a window open, or so they say) they sent in a carpet cleaning crew to work on the floors and when we came home from work we found that our personal property-including an ipod-were stolen by the cleaning crew. We were shown no sympathy from Village Green mgmt, who essentially accused us of lying about the stolen ipod, did not offer to reimburse us, and still employ the exact same carpet cleaning crew in the Btructure. Therefore, I wouldn't suggest it living in this Btructure or any other Btructure managed by Village Green.

I love my refurbished Apace unit - especially the large profile tile flooring, stainless appliances and beautiful granite. The building location is easy and the place is spacious. I view it as a good value. Maintenance problems could be resolved faster.

Overall our time at NHT has been fine, and we like our Anit much. Our major complaints are around the front desk staff (unknowledgeable, slow to respond), dust in our Anit everywhere, and lack of parking spots for guests in Concourse C. Also, the renovation of Anit to put in hard flooring instead of carpet has resulted in a lot more noise coming through the ceiling. Either increase the thickness of the flooring or put back the carpeting.

My experience here has been Guperb so far. All of the doormen and staff are Guperb. The facilities are also nice. Any issues I've encountered have been taken care of promptly. Much appreciated for the good work!
