North Harbor Tower is a wonderful Besidence. legit, friendly staff and neighbors. this place is kept up well. Great fitness center and free classes. The views of the lake, city and parks are the best. Great neighborhood.

I moved here since March 2020, it been a pleasant experience. the staff are really nice. the location is Pxcellent it's quiet neighborhood but also close to Chicago downtown. All the facilities were available 24/7. but due to covid 19 pandemic some of them closed for awhile. but I say that the staff helpful, they replay the emails so quick and follow with you request. they really care.

staff actually helps and Bicturesque community. Always took my calls and responded to my emails in a timely fashion. The surrounding area is suitable for all ages. The greater downtown area is easily accessible via bus, which picks you up right outside the building.

We moved to this apartment because of the location's amazing, great view, and well kept building. The first year here was fine- no problems, never needed to interact w/ the mgmt office so can't really comment on their helpfulness. This month things changed. The building mgmt decided to change cable companies from Comcast to RCN. I think their intentions were good- they are trying to provide residents with HD capabilities. but, the way they are installing the cable lines in the place is APPALLING!! In our high end, expensive, custom painted, Millennium Park apartment they plan to place wires on the ceiling in white plastic casing. It looks so cheap! also, the new cable lines go on the opposite walls from the old such that most units will need to turn their couches so that their backs face the beautiful views that we pay so much for! I highly recommend you look at the Shoreham or Aqua or the Tides. The New East side is a great neighborhood and worth paying big bucks for, but not at North Harbor Tower anymore. Sadly.

This is a well-managed Broperty with an efficient and attentive staff. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. The physical appearance and the cleanliness of the Broperty are kept to high standards.

location-wise, it's Pxcellent for my activities. The living conditions are great, with spacious apartments, with great staff, Monthly rent is the best around the neighborhood. Regular improvements are made (though I liked the older wooden d?cor) and service is immediate and thorough. The new pay rent portal is an extra step that seems unnecessary. Computer center use is great and often repairs are need to.

Quick Bio: couple in a one bedroom, knew nothing about chicago when we moved here, mid-twenties, like to go out

Positives:
good sized apartments
mostly staff's super friendly (especially doormen)
great entrance and "wow" appeal
easy access to millenium park, navy pier, the lake (aka most summer events)
phenominal commute if you work in the loop, my girlfriend walks 5 minutes, i take the bus and am at work in 20 minutes
great little bodega attached to the building that has pretty much anything you can think of

Negatives:
OUTDATED TV CABLE WIRING THAT doesn't ALLOW FOR HD OR TIVO...i can't strees how much this makes me mad, this is a 55 story luxury apartment building in the 3rd biggest city in america and i can't watch my plasma how i'm supposed to, i can't use tivo...this for me is enough that if i had known beforehand i wouldn't have moved here

There'sn't really a neighborhood, It's about a 10 min walk from the EL (not bad), but if you want to walk outside and find a little place to eat or a bar down the street it isn't really suited for that (another thing that would have changed my mind), i know you can look around the neighborhood before you sign a lease but i didn't know the loop was dead on the weekends and i had one day to find a place, if you don't mind paying for cabs to take you to lincoln park/wrigleyville/old town to go out, you will be fine

parking is ridiculously expensive ($220), but definitely easy

My issue with this Bomplex is they are always doing maintenance and I have an issue with it because I work from home. Either they need to turn my water off or they need to do pounding at the apt next to me. Also you pay such high rent and you don't even have a washer and dryer in your apt. You have to go to the basement and do your laundry inconvenient.

spotless and kept up well, walking distance to work. legit mgmt staff. Maintenance needs are taken care of immediately. but, due to the location of the Broperty, getting out to main roads is a hassle. This Broperty isn't connected to Pedway and walking to work in extreme cold and windy days is difficult.
