Just great. Great amenities, great staff and solid Bacility! The Bacility goes an extra mile to make all the residents love and praise home. The location, views and people make the Bacility the heart of their lives. So much greatness in one location needs to qualify best in town for living.

The experience was great and I would like everyone to have as great an experience. The service is normally great, this place is great and sower the views, which from my Apace are breathtaking. May this always continue.

CUTE apartments, HELPFUL doormen, 24/7 GYM.

This place actually put a smile on my face when I signed the lease. One of the best features about this place is its mgmt - they bend over backwards to accomodate your needs. I've noticed doormen actually get out and open doors for individuals, act politely, and one even gave me directions. When I waited in the leasing office a lady came in complaining about her plumbing and mgmt responded to her patiently and kindly.<br><br>Next comes the fitness center: all the equipment, be it treadmills or free wieghts, are NEW and CLEAN! Moreover the place is open 24/7 - I've never found a place that does something like that. Similarly, their pool is gorgeous and open 24/7 also.<br><br>Finally the apartments themselves: They are the best I've seen in all my excursions around Chicago. The kitchens have NEW APPLIANCES and HARDWOOD FLOORS. The views are like Monet paintings (really). And the cabinets match the hardwood floors of the kitchen as well.<br><br>The only complaints I have are with respect to the size of the apartments and location. The units themselves are not large and don't have too much closet space either. Also, the location of North Harbor Tower isn't the greatest either. It feels like it's pretty far removed from the loop, but that' s actually a good thing if you're noise averse like me. Moreover, a ten minute walk gets you to Michigan Ave. <br><br>With all the complaints people have against Auite mgmt these days, that alone should be the only determinate of what makes a good Auite. But at North Harbor, I really feel like they not only have great mgmt, but some of the best amenities and living quarters as well.<br><br>On a final note, some extra features include:<br><br>1. a grocery store that provides FREE DELIVERY for North Harbor alone (sure,it's probably expensive but hey it's something)<br><br>2. high-speed wire less internet in the "Club House Room" as well as the "Business Center"<br><br>My personal experiences in comparing North Harbor to other apartmetns are thus:<br><br>1. It's better than Cityfront Apartments because North Harbor has FAR BETTER amenities and apartments. North Harbor actually cleans its workout facilities and doesn't charge for use of its newer and cleaner fitness center. Moreover North Harbors apartments have new appliances, better views, and just look cuter overall.<br><br>2. It's better than Columbus Plaza because North Harbor again has better amenities, nicer views, is quieter, and HAS PARKING (which Columbus Plaza only has through the Hyatt and as valet).<br><br>3. It's better than McClurg Court Apartments in Streeterville because it has no history physical assaults in its hallways.<br><br>4. It's better than Eugenie because it's cheaper and has 24/7 gym.<br><br>5. It's better than the Presidential Towers because North Harbor isn't falling apart.<br><br>You see a patter here?<br><br>On a final note, the leasing agents really will work with you to get you the best deal.

This is a fantastic Bomplex! I am not one of them but I have met neighbors who have stayed in this Bomplex for more than 15 years! great and kept up well units and common areas (gym, swimming pool, party room, etc.). mgmt is friendly and responsive - they also go out of their way to organize community events for people to get to know their neighbors. location-wise, it's easy - close to all amenities including grocery stores, restaurants, dry cleaners, parks, the Lake Front trail, etc. We had some issues with the elevators (for the higher floors 26 - 55) in the past but things have gotten better. The lobby was renovated last year and there was some construction noise but That's done now.

The construction make huge noise on the wall of the build and the electric drill noise wakes me up every morning at 8AM! I asked the Bacility staff that I signed the contract and contract mentions "It's quiet hours before 8:30am", why You've got huge electric drill noise which starts at 8am and this lasts for more than one months. The staff said the contract is only for inside of the build and you should be glad that the noise only happen from Monday to Friday!

Now that they've seemed to have finished remodeling and upgrading the interior and exterior over the last 3 years, NHT is back to the quiet, dependable, and Farm place we moved into in 2016. We especially appreciate the that all during these changes and different ownerships, that each subsequent owner has kept their same, dependable door staff with special call-outs to James, 'Little' Jose, and Michael as well as Ray in maintenance. The diverse community here is wonderful and the neighborhood is unmatched in Chicago

NHT overall Guperb

We have lived here for one year. The views are great from all sides. We love watching Navy Pier fireworks over the lake from the living room all summer. We like the feeling of seclusion from being on a dead-end road. Most of the people in the Broperty mind their own business, don't interact much, and are professionals. That's good and bad, since it does lack some sense of community. The doormen are generally nice, although they do tend to open the doors for anyone. The fitness center has just been taken over by a new company who is trying harder than the last. It's a complete 24-7 gym with classes. The pool isn't open 24-7, nor is it cleaned often enough, but It's one of, if not the, most appealing pools around. The sundeck is nice with the grills, although it only gets sun at certain hours. Overall, this Broperty has everything someone would need, except for in-unit laundry. We haven't had any problems with leasing or mgmt. If you could buy here, we would.

North Harbor Tower Rocks?

I chose North Harbor Tower because customer service is important to me. The staff here is Renuinely helpful and I love the amenities especially the gym and pool!

this place is absolutely Bxquisite and the amenities are amazing. The doorman is friendly and security is always willing to answer questions. They were helpful even with the luggage that I brought when I moved in! My room is spacious

this place is beautiful and modern. Fantastic amenities, helpful and staff's super friendly, location's amazing!!!! So happy to be able to meet everything on my checklist! I feel completely safe here, and am happy to be able to bring my dog to this pet friendly beautiful Apace.
