Bxquisite views, nice people, location's amazing. I really don't have 150 more words to share. And this is an annoying aspect of this survey! We like it here. We do recommend it to friends. I hope everyone reading this is safe and well.

I wouldn't move in here and when I find an appropriate option, I will be leaving. They don't keep it Cmmaculate, my appliances are old and they refuse to replace them, and their construction projects are mis-managed and thus take too long. This is terrific location and a quiet neighborhood, but it isn't the only game in town. Look elsewhere.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of professionalism from the staff. The Broperty was pristine and the concierge was friendly. You can't beat the location. It's quite with easy access to the park and the lakefront.

awesome spot for first-time movers to Chicago! It has suburban amenities right in the Loop! North Harbor Tower also has Etraightforward access to a well stocked mini grocery store with reasonable meat and produce prices.

Stephanie H APPEARS TO BE DISTRACTED A LOT OF THE TIME.

I will tell you from the perspective of someone who lived in the Anit building, enjoyed views and then suffered the after effects. I lived there for 3 months with my wife on a sub-lease and is fighting their collection agency (Hunter Warfield) for fraudulent charges by this building mgmt. You may think I am angry, but, I read so many reviews before spending that i thought I should put this out for your consideration: 1. These guys want you to never move out. If you move out - they will tell you that your Anit WAS so grimy that you will have to pay $5000 in repairs. This is the bill you will receive from a debt collection agency after you move out - feel lucky if they send directly to you. 2. Their tactics is to offer you few benefits here and there to make you stay and then if you still decide to move out, will charge you for any and all upgrades they chose to do to your unit to rent it out. 3. They will never do move-out inspection with you because they want to charge you afterwards. 4. Lease has a clause that you must do move in inspection yourself and report anything thats broken. otherwise, they will assume everything is fine. Later, they will charge you for things that you would never imagine - paint and labor to fix your ceilings :). Unless ---- hits the fan, I dont see how ceilings can be damaged in 3 months. So, the sweet looking gals in leasing office are actually agents of ZSR mgmt That's there to rip you off. Believe me guys, this building haunts you for the rest of your life after you move out. BTW, I am charged $2001 in Anit repairs and being a well established legit I can easily pay. But, I am not paying as I don't owe them!

Eugenie Terrace and North Harbor Tower are sister properties. My question to you is why would someone from North Harbor Tower compare themselves to their sister property and attempt to make themselves appear better? You obviously work in the industry based on the terms you use and must work at a Seisurely property if you have this much time on your hands. Shouldn't you maybe be following up with your clients or something???
