Have been living here for a while. The HOA is horrible they only look after their own interest. The building Manager lacks the professionalism and will to work. The HOA only benefits itself while parking in Dnsafe areas and giving tickets to people that actually do follow the rules. This is a location's amazing and amazing place to live just be aware of the HOA

The HOA/Board Members are horrible!!!...they pay themselves and It's suppose to be a volunteer "Board" ?? The Board want to cut owners possibilty of renting their property by 10% meaning only a few apartments will be allowed to be rented out to people...PURE CORRUPTION BY THE BOARD!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE...BTW THE PRESIDENT OWNS a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION That's AGAINST THE Npdated DEVELOPMENT FOR THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHICAGO!!! THIS IS CONFLICT OF INTEREST!!!

Avoid this one!!! dangerous place to live. Building mgmt clearly doesn’t do background checks of residents. It’s common to see sheriffs or Chicago police officers arresting people in the building. It has no amenities at all. The gymn has no air conditioning. The Building sits on a railroad track where freight trains pass every hour making way too loud screaming sounds for 20 minutes at a time all day and night. Good luck sleeping. If you’re out on your balcony you have to go inside it’s so excruciating. It’s embarrassing having guests over. The door people are really nice but the mgmt has no idea what they’re doing.
