My experience started off positive and I loved the units that I had toured, but, when I Wtayed finally able to see images of the unit I would be living in, I Wtayed disappointed as there were certain features I Wtayed expecting to have that were not present. I understand that miscommunications happen, but the leasing agent Wtayed reluctant to admit any fault or try to propose any resolutions to make up for some of the misleading details I Wtayed given.

I’ve no serious issues with the 1401 State property except the “Conservice” used for amenity fees isn't a fair or reasonable concept, as units like mine have higher monthly charges, also forcing tenants to pay for empty units. but, I can say that I’ve got wonderfully respectful neighbors on “my floor”, and the door attendant in the lobby is always courteous and kind.

Impeccable quality of staff at this community, legit in all their interactions. What I love the most but, is how clean the community is and You've got tons of ammenities too! The leasing and move-in process was really easy and easy. Proximity to local entertainment places is great. I am just so happy I found this place because it has been a really awesome experience and I recommend it to anyone who wants to lease an affordable luxury Apace in Chicago!

We have a great front desk. The guy working there now with the long goatee / beard goes above and beyond. Very patient even during stressful times. Building also always stays very clean which I appreciate

I've been here for almost 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. My neighbors have parties on occasion, but I've lived in 3 different states in 4 different apartments and that's pretty much been the norm in any building I've lived in. There's been some office staff changes since I've been here, but with the exception of 1 girl(who's now gone)everyone has always been great to me. I've had minimal maintenance problems, but the ones I've had have always been completed pretty fast, so no complaints there. Lately there have been some large and creepy spiders hanging outside my windows, but they're on the outside so I'm not sure there's anything they can do about that. To summarize, my experience has been great and if I weren't moving out of state I would have probably renewed for another year.

The leasing office may have some issues with billing. We keep getting delinquency payments that don't really make sense even though we have paid on time. I think they need to update/work on their website/overall processing system. Other than that, I think everything is great.

This is a clean, newish building in the South Loop of Chicago. The residents are reasonably friendly, and the apartments are spacious. And its a pet-friendly. The train noise is bothering me all the time. Other than that it's pretty high!

Being a new resident, I'm still trying to get settled in. Thus far, I've really enjoyed my unit and the Blace itself. I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and helpful and my unit is great. Good job.
