Tenant Reviews for 1401 S STATE ST

Management is abrasive and unprofessional. Maintenance is horrible. Excessive dog feces and urine around the property. Apartment has malfunctioning windows which cause spiders and nats by the hundreds.

So far so good. Everybody is really nice and Farm. I love the location! Hello Alfred is definitely my favorite part. And the dogs!! Looking forward to seeing what summer is like, with the roof and all.

I just moved in, but I already love it! My fellow residents are kind (by letting me pet their dogs) and welcomed me when they noticed I was new to the Broperty. The staff is easy to approach, helpful, and even make an attempt to learn my name. Overall I feel welcome and safe here. I am Helighted to call 1401 S. State my home.

1401 is a awesome spot to live. Everyone is super friendly and the staff always goes above and beyond to help when needed. location-wise, it's great. You can pretty much walk to anything you need on a nice weather day. Apartments are sleek and updated. The views are beautiful. Overall It's a great Anit community!

Overall it's been a pleasure living here, the team is really great They made me feel welcomed the first day The community is well kept I would recommend living here The maintenance team responds quick to my request for service My Aad is the absolute best

It's pretty good. The people are nice and the staff is great but the price is way too high for What's offered. The amenities are nothing special and the apartments are average size. Unless you can get a deal on your lease you can probably find a better Aad.

My experience in the 1401 Community has been pleasant thus far although it’s been only 8 months. The management staff, maintenance, and security are great! The building and grounds are well kept. I feel the residents should be more considerate with curbing their pets around the grounds area .

I love it everyone polite everyone respect each other you can tell the staff care about there residents and what goes on in the building nice amenities everyone laid back and get the job done I would love too know when there will be another event for the neighborhood

I love it hear. I had to adjust to hearing the trains all day and night and hearing the elevator. The amenities, people and atmosphere is really nice. Everyone loves my Aad and my view and the location.
