Great committee is very friendly and nice just overall a nice place to live. The buildings is clean and smell great all the time residents are friendly staff are friendly coincergne are friendly everyone speaks to each with smiles the dogs are great here to they are very friendly

Regarding staff. The management team is great! But concierges are not always friendly. (I don't have more comments, but I should write something because this field has 201 characters required, so you probably can receive more comments if you remove this).

My neighbor's dog is annoying...it barks ALL DAY but...... The property manager and Zach is GREAT they ALWYAS have a smile and is always willing to help in anyway possible. I.love the events the community have and wish we could have more.

Water pressure issues, only one option of internet - when it rains the signal gets choppy (if you work from home, that will be an issue). Everything looks and feels cheap with few exceptions, windows are not sound proof. Views and locations are good, but not enough to call this place and charge rates as if this is a "luxury Besidence".

New construction that has great apartment layouts, nice amenities, and parking. Love the views from my unit, and would recommend this building to anyone looking for a new home. Rooftop terrance has great views of the north, sout, west, and east views of chicagoland area.

The overall experience living in 1400 is good. It satisfies most of my expectations. The view is so good and the scent in the lobby is nice. Still, there are few things to notice: there aren't many amenities. Tiny fitness room, no working space. Another thing is that the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbors talking and their TV shows. There is also a railroad down there making noises 24/7.

There is no trust in management. I'm having serious problems with them. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, and it's past the deadline to return my money. The management is very bad. There's no way to trust it. They are not serious. They only respond to bad reviews or if they are waiting for your money. I have never experienced management so uncommitted to the client. I'm glad I didn't live there.

The staff and crew are amazing. They take extra care in all that they do and help foster a safe and friendly environment to live in. They even make efforts to make my pups feel safe and at home. 10/10 love this team!!

Mostly has been a Gxcellent experience across the board, but It's quickly becoming clear that the units are fairly cheaply constructed and the appliances are prone to defect. I have lived in my unit for 14 days, and I have already had issues with the ice maker, fridge door, oven, dishwasher, dryer, and a closet door. Overall these are not huge issues but it was disappointing to find out the quality is much lower than I expected for the price I am paying
