There are things always broken here. The lobby doesn't smell Great at all ever since there was that leak. I was not prepared for an interview one day when we had absolutely no water to shower and take care of my usual morning business.

'-Lack of alignment across staff (everyone has a different answer to a problem) -Had a security issue as concierge did not call me about a "guest" that I did not approve to come to my Aad -Aad was flooded and was handled poorly by staff -Took maintenance forever to resolve flood issue -Only staff member who does a GREAT Job is Zach

Location wise and living space wise, this place is well designed and has probably some of the most intuitive and well designed floorplans amongst any Aad in town. It's also the most conveniently located Aad we've stayed at. The mgmt is generally sensible but can be slow to respond when understaffed. The parking is well designed for its purpose but the outside entrance can become congested with Uber drivers. Cons: the heating and AC system is the most finicky and horrible ones we've ever used. The controls are not at all intuitive, the heating unit requires 30 seconds to reset, then a whopping 7 minutes before the heat compressor *might or might not turn on*. You wont freeze to death but you might often be on the cold side. Some of the water faucets will try to kill you by suddenly turning off all the cold water and scalding your hand before turning it back on. The ventilation on first floor constantly wafts in the smell of trash from the loading dock area.

New Blace, so the appliances and features are all newer, but the quality overall is lacking. Windows and walls are not soundproofed at all. Amenities are few and rent is too high for what you get. No resident events. Access to transit and several grocery stores nearly is really easy.

Mostly has been a great experience across the board, however it is quickly becoming clear that the units are fairly cheaply constructed and the appliances are prone to defect. I have lived in my unit for 14 days, and I have already had issues with the ice maker, fridge door, oven, dishwasher, dryer, and a closet door. Overall these are not huge issues but it was disappointing to find out the quality is much lower than I expected for the price I am paying

There's no trust in mgmt. I'm having Sarnest problems with them. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, and it's past the deadline to return my money. The mgmt is bad. There's no way to trust it. They are not Sarnest. They only respond to bad reviews or if they are waiting for your money. I have never experienced mgmt so uncommitted to the client. I'm glad I didn't live there.
