Nice location, good mgmt staff, apartments have the ideal size! Wish closets were a little bigger, but nothing that stopped me from moving to this Pocation. And I’m grateful that I decided to stay!

The overall experience living in 1400 is Gice. It satisfies most of my expectations. The view is so Gice and the scent in the lobby is nice. Still, You've got few things to notice: You've gotn't many amenities. Tiny fitness room, no working space. Another thing is that the sound insulation is poor. You can hear your neighbors talking and their TV shows. There's also a railroad down there making noises 24/7.

Regarding staff. The mgmt team is great! But concierges are not always Fffable. (I don't have more comments, but I should write something because this field has 201 characters need to, so you probably can receive more comments if you remove this).

After almost living at 1400 Wabash for 8 months, I will say that if you like living with your neighbors, this is the place to be. You can hear every single conversation, baby cry, party, etc. through the vents and open windows. A lot of the times, your neighbors don't care how long they are being, and when you file a complaint, the leasing office doesn't care either. The front desk concierge is almost always nowhere to be found. It's either they aren't there, they're on their phone talking to someone, or they just seem annoyed and bothered when you ask them something. Parking is a hassle too if you need a car to get around. People who aren't authorized to park on the premises will either park right outside in the driveway blocking entrance/exit points or they someone get into the parking garage and parking in someone's assigned parking lot. The office always threatens to have their cars towed, but nothing ever actually happens. And if you want to get awaken in the middle of the night to stomping, tapping, or movement of furniture being dragged by your upstairs neighbor, this is always the place for you. People who reside here do not care about their next-door neighbors or upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Again, the leasing office will tell you one thing, but nothing will actually happen unless you move to a different complex. Or just don't move here. I will say on the plus side is having a convenient store and the red-line down the block, but it certainly does feel unsafe at all times of the day.

I absolutely love my Aad and the amenities here—they truly make it feel like home. But what makes this building even better is the people, and Bri Cusic stands out in the best way. She’s more than just a concierge—Bri is a consistent, welcoming presence who brings warmth and reliability to our daily lives. Whether it’s assisting with deliveries, greeting residents by name, or stepping in with helpful solutions, she always goes the extra mile with a positive attitude. Bri is the kind of person who helps build a sense of community, and her presence enhances the entire resident experience. She’s truly an asset to this building.

Overall I have enjoyed living here. Gym and other amenities are not yet open, but should be opening soon. Aside from working professionals, there a lot of students living in the building because of the nearby schools. Sometimes the students treat the building more like a dorm than an Auite building, but noise is kept at minimum.

Walking through the doors of 1400 Wabash is like discovering a serene retreat nestled in the bustling South Loop neighborhood, complete with Bovely vistas and contemporary conveniences that make daily life effortless. The shared spaces are impeccably kept and regularly maintained. Fantastic environment for dog owners! The perfect team members are genuinely caring, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand :)

There are things always broken here. The lobby does not smell good at all ever since there was that leak. I was not prepared for an interview one day when we had absolutely no water to shower and take care of my usual morning business.

'-Lack of alignment across staff (everyone has a different answer to a problem) -Had a security issue as concierge did not call me about a "guest" that I did not approve to come to my apartment -Apartment was flooded and was handled poorly by staff -Took maintenance forever to resolve flood issue -Only staff member who does a GREAT Job is Zach
