This is a pretty new apartment, management team is still busy on leasing but they are turning over. It is not quite, there is a train going through and the noise might be loud if you are in lower levels.

Overall I have enjoyed living here. Gym and other amenities are not yet open, but should be opening soon. Aside from working professionals, there a lot of students living in the building because of the nearby schools. Sometimes the students treat the building more like a dorm than an apartment building, but noise is kept at minimum.

The leasing staff came across as unprofessional and dismissive, showing little interest in addressing my issues. When I arrived at my apartment, the unit was filthy with garbage scattered right outside my entrance. My mailbox key was broken, the garage remote was dead, and none of these problems got resolved. Manager Mary Mar was responsible for handling these matters, yet despite the application taking more than 45 days to finish, she remained unhelpful. To make matters worse, she had me sign for a gift card only to take it away afterwards.

Fantastic newly built complex featuring spacious floor plans, great amenities, and easy parking options. I absolutely adore the vistas from my unit and would strongly suggest this property to anyone seeking a fresh residing space. The rooftop deck offers stunning panoramic views spanning north, south, west, and east across the chicagoland region.

I'm deeply frustrated by how the ownership demonstrates complete indifference toward residents with disabilities. It's disappointing that they reorganized the parking layout to benefit able-bodied tenants instead!

I've spent nearly 8 months at 1400 Wabash, and I capable of honestly say that if you enjoy constant interaction with your neighbors, this might be your spot. sadly, that interaction comes whether you want it or not—you'll hear every conversation, crying baby, gathering, and more through the vents and windows. Most occupants show little regard for tranquil hours, and when you lodge a complaint with mgmt, they're equally indifferent. The front desk staff proves rarely visible; when they prove to be present, they're typically occupied with personal calls or appear irritated by your questions. Parking presents another significant concern if you rely on a vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles regularly occupy the driveway, blocking entry and exit, while others somehow access the garage and take spots that belong to occupants. mgmt repeatedly warns about towing but never follows through. If you enjoy being jolted awake by heavy footsteps, dragging sounds, or the unmistakable sound of furniture being moved by upstairs occupants, this proves definitely the residence. Tenants here demonstrate little consideration for those around them, whether neighbors adjacent or above and below. The leasing office renders promises they don't keep unless you decide to relocate elsewhere. My recommendation: find a different community. On the positive side, there's a convenience store nearby and red-line access within walking distance, but the district feels genuinely hazardous at virtually any hour!
