One333 will always have a special place in my heart because I absolutely loved living there. Everyone from concierge staff to maintenance to managers were incredibly sweet, helpful, and kind and their friendly demeanor always made me feel at home. For some, these may not be important but they became extremely important to me especially during the pandemic when I could not connect with my loved ones in person. The unit I lived in was amazing and a really good size for one person. The den is very spacious and can accommodate a lot of items. Besides the nice floor plan and incredible view, One333’s location is just perfect. Everything is in walking distance - from the stores to the museums. I want to give a shout out to Bobby Ayars, the Community Manager for being extremely thoughtful, helpful and empathetic towards me during my stay there. He’s one of a kind, and goes above and beyond to make residents comfortable. I appreciate everything you do for us to a very wonderful degree, Bobby! For anyone considering living in South Loop, I highly recommend One333!

I lived here for over a year, and I am really sad to be leaving. I first found this place when I was moving from out of state. I had such a great experience. The views are great, staff are super friendly and helpful, community events were always so much fun, and the management team was superb, especially Bobby Ayars. The building is dog-friendly and has a designated space where you can take your dog to potty and is regularly cleaned and you can turn on a heated timer for the cold winter months. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. Location is great, a super short walk to two grocery stores, several restaurants to eat from, and a couple of blocks away from the Fred Anderson Dog park. Overall, I had such a happy experience.

Where do I start about this place. I was here 30 days to the day. I demanded out of my lease and moved. And I will tell you in detail why. What Habitat Company doesn't tell you, is if you are unhappy with your new apartment within the first 30 days, you can cancel your lease and move no questions ask. They will refund you all of your money minus the days you are there. I did just that and waiting on a check right now for almost $2,100. About the building, the pros: Very close to everything Friendly door staff Parking garage New building Allow dogs The cons: Unprofessional management staff on site They Airbnb vacant units Building smells of weed all the time Lots of parties and noise, management does nothing Over priced units and garage No pool or hot tub When I first moved in I was in unit 1013. The day I got my keys to this unit I walk into a DIRTY unit. They claimed it was cleaned, however the photos tell another story. After fighting with them about how nasty the unit was I was also dealing with a construction site outside my window, as well as neighbors that were partying at all hours of the night and management not stopping it. I finally made them move me to another unit, 1903. That unit was much better, actually really loved the unit, however that one was left dirty as well when I moved into it, however I expected as much since the first unit was so nasty. I would have stayed here after moving into this unit, however I found out management had been talking illy about me with other residents and door staff. After I confronted them about what was said, they denied it fully, however the young lady who was said to have said it, looked me right in my face and said the name of the person who said it, and said that person should keep their mouth shut. I NEVER mentioned the name of whom told me what was said. The following day that person was fired!! I then started getting threatening text messages and calls from the staff member at all hours of the night. Seeing how I come home at 12am from work I no longer felt safe on the property and quickly demanded to be let out of my lease and move. Now the management staff that was talking about residents.... STILL EMPLOYED!!! You clearly want to move somewhere else. And this building is only about 35/40% occupied. They can't keep residents. You see people moving out left and right. THAT should tell you a lot.

So, first of all I want to start out by saying I'm writing this review under a fake name, solely because the management office will retaliate against you here for writing a bad review. They will do things like ignore work orders, enter your apartment when you are not home and go through your belongings and so forth. I was one of the first residents to move into this building when it opened. When I first moved in I thought it was amazing. The staff was great and everything was clean and taken care of the way it should be. Fast forward now a year and the changes at this property are night and day. They hired some new management staff which are horrible. ------ the general manager and ------ the assistant manager are a total joke. If you have issues with your apartment they will ignore you 100%. It takes you sneaking up on them on the 15th floor when they have their management office hidden. If you do plan on going on there, make sure to stand in the hallway and listen to ------, ------ and this new leasing agent ------- talking trash about residents. I sat at the door one day listening to ------ and ------- just trashing a new tenant, talking about how "catty" he was, and he was a "---", which that word coming from ------- is funny, seeing how he is so ---------------------. These two went on for several minutes until I couldn't stand to listen to anymore before I walked into the office and they quickly shut up and ------ turned bright red in the face, and ------- took off out of the office. I feel really bad for the door staff as well, they get treated like total garbage by the management office. Several have been talking about they are going to quit, as they can't get the corporate office to do anything to fix the issues. Over the years of living here I've gotten to know a lot of the residents and most are planning to move soon, and a lot of them have moved already. At the writing on this review, they have over 45 apartments vacant, as they can't give the units away and the ones they do have rented are moving just as fast as a moving truck can pack them up. Lastly, if you have children beware of moving here. The management office rents out vacant units via Airbnb and other sites. The issue with this is you will see hookers and druggies in and out of the building at all hours of the night. With Airbnb none of the guest are background checked, so you don't know if the people checking in are sex offenders, criminals, violate or anything else. The resides are checked for all of this. And these Airbnb units throw crazy parties which nothing is ever done to stop it. You smell strong WEED smells coming from the units. You call management and NOTHING is done.... when you can get them to answer the phone. Most cases they won't even answer! All in all beware. If you want a nice apartment, with professional management, great maintenance staff, honest and respectful leasing staff and a safe place to call home, this IS NOT the place for you.
