Our experience at the building has drastically declined under new management, marked by concerning security lapses and unresponsive handling of issues. Despite paying $350 for secured parking, our vehicle fell victim to a break-in last month, without any prior warning from management. The lack of surveillance cameras in the supposedly "private" parking lot has allowed unauthorized access, raising serious safety concerns. Management's dismissive attitude and failure to take responsibility only exacerbated the situation, leaving us to navigate the aftermath alone. The persistent issues, including the prolonged outage of the steam room and the limited functionality of the grills, further underscore the management's neglect of residents' needs. Additionally, the discrepancy in our parking lease duration has created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Despite our efforts to address these issues, communication with management remains frustratingly unresponsive. This stark deterioration of our living experience starkly contrasts with the positive impression we initially had under the previous management. Based on our experience, we strongly advise considering alternative luxury apartment options. The decline in quality and management responsiveness at our current building raises significant concerns about safety and overall satisfaction.

I do not normally do reviews but I felt that I must. This building is exceptional to live in and I would go as far to and say that it is the best building in Chicago! That is coming from an OCD physician who’s been living in Chicago for 9 years in multiple luxury apartment buildings. This building is exceptional for one main reason away from its great location, amenities, cleanliness, modern units but the main reason is its management team and concierge staff I would like to name them personally as they deserve the recognition because they go above and beyond to help their residents and provide them that home feeling that no other building can achieve: Royal, Kenny and David from the concierge team and last but not least general manager Jonathan.

I absolutely love living here at The Paragon. Originally when I moved downtown, I only gave myself 1 year to be here but the amazing staff, building amenities and overall experience completely changed my mind. Having a 24 hour concierge service, especially staff like Royal really makes you feel safe and important to the Paragon community. If you're in a debate with yourself about which downtown property to become apart of, really make The Paragon your community of choice. The experience and home living is worth every moment once becoming a resident here.

I have been at the Paragon for a year now and it has been a great experience. The building and its amenities are nice but what makes it’s a 5 star living experience ? The staff! Royal at the front desk is always very helpful, friendly, and gives A1 customer service. Justin in management ensures that my living experience is nothing less than amazing. Thank you both!

My move in went so smoothly. All the staff were very friendly. Justin gave an excellent tour and also ensured that my move in went well with a very quick turnaround. I'm also impressed with the lobby staff they are always helpful. The amenities are beautiful and the common spaces are kept very clean. The view from the 47th floor is spectacular. There's also plenty of food and shopping within walking distance.

Amazing Building with excellent amenities. I have a wonderfully unobstructed south facing Chicago view. The staff at the front desk (especially Royal and Kenya) have been super warm, welcoming and helpful. They have always gone the extra mile to ensure my experience has been amazing. Looking forward to spending more time here with my family.

Amazing & kind property management team. The energy you receive while taking the tour is the same when you’re a resident. Fun community events to assisted lifestyle management with the fire amenities loving it here. Huge thanks to Gabi, Marlene, & Gerrard.

I've been living at The Paragon for nearly a year now and I would 100% recommend leasing here to anyone looking for a new home. From the first time I toured, the team here has been amazing! Everyone from the office team, to the cleaning staff, to the front desk, to maintenance has been extremely welcoming. Marlene at the front desk has become one of my favorite people! Outside of the apartment spaces and amenities, the monthly events really make The Paragon feel like a community. They host multiple opportunities every month to help you meet your neighbors and make new connections. I've been able to make some great friends living here because of these organized events. They really care about their residents here!

Great apartments with state of the art amenities. The management is super friendly and helpful. Moved in recently and everything was coordinated/organized perfectly. Didn't expect the move in snacks and refreshments that were placed on the kitchen counter. Highly recommend this place for folks looking for apartments in the South Loop area.

Just moved in a few days ago. The apartment is fantastic with a wonderful view. Modern interior design with lots of storage space. Staffs are lovely and supportive. I’d like to say a big thank you to the amazing people here: Gerrard, Gabi, Marlene, Terry. Thank you for helping me with love and care!
