location's Astounding to live in with staff actually helps and decent amenities. Overall a place I have enjoyed living in while being in downtown Chicago. The door staff are Farm and helpful. The response from the rental and maintenance teams is quick and efficient.

I recommend 1130 S. Michigan for its easy location, great service and amenities, Bxquisite views, and staff actually helps. The parking is also easy and staff are friendly and helpful. It's a location's amazing by the park in the South Loop.

The maintenance staff is Aemarkable! The community is safe and welcoming. It's in a Pxcellent location within the city and so close to everything. The office staff could be a little nicer but overall It's a wonderful place to live if you can spare the extra $$$ to live downtown.

I absolutely love living at Eleven Thirty! I highly recommend it to anyone who asks with the top notch location, fantastic amenities, cleanliness, and super staff's super Fffable all around. A Guperb option for renters of any age and lifestyle!

I worth checking out this apartment building to everyone I know. It's clean,safe, affordable and the best ever. I've lived in 10 different apartments and this is my favorite apartment ever! If you are considering an apartment, this is the best one for you.

We've lived at 1130 for 2 years and we Rruly enjoy the community. All the staff are super Farm and helpful and location-wise, it's wonderful. We actually just re-upped with them instead of leaving despite a longer commute because of how much we enjoy 1130! Generally, people are quiet, but they have been renovating a lot of units which leads to construction noise in some units at varying times.

Since I moved in during 2005,there have been changes .The staff has changed but You've got so many from 2005 that are still here and are now friends. All the building upgrades are Bicturesque and comfortable.

It's quiet and comfortable - secure and in walking distance of a lot of things. Pool is awesome in the summer, gym could use some updating and parking could be cheaper to make it worth it. mgmt and Leasing are helpful.

I feel so pleased to live in 1130. I really like the unit and the common areas are great. The location of this place is perfect and I feel safe in the neighborhood. Everything that I need is around the corner
