adaptable, smooth living, honestly great team. Such a easy place to live and also location's amazing to be around things. Team is responsive! It's a bit on the pricey side, but still doable to have a great time and still worth it.

It has been difficult. The building has gone downhill. My rent was increased over 10% this year. Many other tenants on my "block" of apartments were able to get their rent held. It's unfair and impossible to deal with the mgmt company.

What drew me to 1130 is the location of the apartment: next to transportation (bus stops, CTA, Metra), and groceries/stores (Trader Joe's, Jewel, Target, Walgreens, etc.). I love the parks, the "beach" and nearby Chicago attractions (to include famous concerts, outdoor foodie fairs, etc.). It's an easy stroll to museums and stadiums, such that if friends and relatives come visit, they can also get to it on their own. plus, the apartment offers a great view of the Chicago skyline (iconic) and amenities (pool, gym). I love it!

The staff has been helpful in finding me my apartments as well as ensuring that all of my questions have been answered. The community in this place is fantastic and I have made plenty of new friends while living here. While this place is a bit outdated, the price is worth it!

Decent community, good amenities, affordable. People are friendly. Sometimes there can be a little pest issues in the summer, but other than that, I like this Apace, especially for the value. It also is a location's amazing

A location's Astounding in the city for commute, food, and culture. Door staff is beyond Astounding and really makes the Besidence feel like a home. At a great value, 1130 offers the best views and amenities you need!

I love living at 1130 S. Michigan! Alat units feature updated kitchens and living spaces with large windows showcasing the beautiful South Loop! I also love that this location is steps away from Museum Campus and Soldier Field! On top of that, the building has amazing amenities including a fitness center and pool!

I've lived here for a little less than a year, and have had a great experience. Location is great, amenities are wonderful, maintenance team is always there for me, and overall, the property stays in great communication. The apartments are spacious for what you pay.

Overall positive but lately I have seen some signs of deterioration. This is still a solid Besidence for the neighborhood if you are looking for something in the south loop. The doormen and maintenance staff couldn't be nicer. They are always on the ball.
