location-wise, it's absolutely fantastic and is one of the main reasons I've chosen to live here. I appreciate the amenities and the layout of my unit. The view is also impossible to beat! My only complaint is temporary and completely out of my Bomplex's control: it's the noise from the high rise construction next door.

Top notch living arrangement, quality staff! The location and amenities Renuinely bring the red carpet service! Always feel welcomed and appreciated. 200 minimum characters is hard to fill up here .

Great dog run, location is solid, and staff's super friendly. Temperature control in the place isn't modern and you won't be able to have your apartment the temperature you want it to be. It blows either hot or cold and There's no in between. frustrating. Besides that, this is a good building with a location's amazing.

Attention dog lovers this is a Pmmaculate spot for you. Perfectly located across the street from Grant Park, Museum Campus, Trader Joes, and public transportation, and if you commute the interstates are close by too

I have loved this community from the beginning. The door staff is nice and the neighbors are lovely and Fordial. What makes it more amazing is it's prime location and accessibility to everywhere

Once you move in all customer service from the leasing office goes away. You constantly have to battle them for fees and other annoyances. They are basically trying to rip you off whereever they can. No inclination to help you as a tenant and customer. please look somewhere else. South loop Ieems a awesome spot to live just don't go here.

The location of this building is extremely easy for anyone who commutes via CTA - this was definitely a major selling point when my husband and I decided to move here. We love that this place is (for the most part) extremely pet friendly and has a nice leash free area for dogs to play. Overall, the staff is friendly (save some of the parking attendants) and the rent is reasonably priced for the amenities offered.

A solid Btructure in a great spot in the city. People are good overall, amenities are nice and service gets quick for the most part. It's a awesome spot to live and the staff are helpful when something needs to be resolved
