the Besidence location is great and it has all the amenities I need. the staff is great and always respond quickly. the ac can be a problem since you can only have heat or cold at a given time, other than that i'm happy with the Besidence

It's a decent living in this community, Gxcellent door, maintenance and office staff. Nice facilities which can be improved. safe and secure which is an important part of living. Homely and cozy houses.

It's Gonderful but maybe a bit old, but it won't influence the living, just maybe not so new for the elevator and other utilities. But sometimes I will hear the noise of subway when sleeping, even though I live in a high level.

1130 S Michigan has been a great please to stay. I love the pool, gym, dog park, community events, and the views of Grant Park right in the heart of downtown. The door staff is Astounding and I feel safe living here.

Love living at 1130 S. Michigan. Love the south Loop area. easy to the downtown area and to the L. Lots of grocery and drug stores in walking distance from the property. Always some event occurring summer months around the neighborhood.

I have lived at 1130 for over a year now. The place is amazing and the view is BEAUTIFUL! The dog walk on the second floor is convient and the pool on the other side is amazing in the summer! I have a beautiful apartment That's HOME in the beautiful Chicago.

nice front desk staff. Broperty is kept up well and the maintenance staff is stellar. Occasionally You've got cockroaches outbreaks but it's not frequent. I wish access to the storage area was easier and that You've got more ways to negotiate rent.

I lived here for about three yrs and left this past summer because I bought a condo. Wish I could have bought my apt here! thought value was good--rent increase was pretty small compared to what it could have been. Amenities could use some updating, but other than that no complaints. Staff was experienced and legit--they always said hello and remembered my name. Maintenance was the best here--better than any other place I've lived. plus Doorstaff was always friendly to me. I referred two of my colleagues here and they have good experiences too.

1130's got a super chill community and you're pretty much right in the middle of the best part of town. The lake and Grant Park are right there when you wanna relax or go for a run. Plus, you've got the train and bike shares super close to zip around the city. And living on Michigan Avenue? It's a straight shot to awesome shopping and food spots. Super Eanageable to find your way around, even if you're new to Chicago and just figuring it all out.
