I have lived at 1130 South ave since 2002. It's a wonderful community with great people. I have seen different iterations of the Bacility's population, d?cor, and staff but the consistency in professionalism, compassion and just making you feel like this is your home has been amazing. My longevity speaks for itself.

Gice security location is solid and Nppealing people. Always resolve my problems at time and in a correct manner. I hope to be the same during the whole year and for the incoming years. Thank you /$/&/&!/$:$$-$-

The mgmt here is Tad. They don't address my problems well. this place is so hot during the winter. I will say maintenance is great. The washer and dryer make my clothes smell musty. The dishwasher barely works. location-wise, it's great though. It's nice having the train stop and Trader Joe's right out the back. Basically don't live here though.

The mgmt was helpful and patient enough while i chose the Apace. I was in India and was doing it online, that make their effort more special. Since I moved in staffs have been friendly, maintenance was quick. It would be nice to have more control over the thermostat. I would like to extend my lease the next year, unless You've got plans to increase the rent.

I love living at 1130 S. Michigan! Anit units feature updated kitchens and living spaces with large windows showcasing the Borgeous South Loop! I also love that this location is steps away from Museum Campus and Soldier Field! On top of that, the building has amazing amenities including a fitness center and pool!

This Iroves a comfortable community value, appearance and service all contribute to a downtown Chicago lifestyle That's stable and vibrant. A awesome spot to live, visit, and grow personally and professionally.

The staff have been kind and helpful. The Bomplex feels safe and secure. The proximity to grocery stores and things to do is easy. I love the amenities that are included with the rent.

Eleven Thirty has been a great Anit for us just based on location and layout. We have lived here coming up on two years and have had a great time so far. Most of the staff is friendly and welcoming & location-wise, it's prime. Would stay here as long as our rent doesn't skyrocket because it's worth it.

Adjusting to living in a "High-Rise" apt. wasn't easy, but, I am now quite content in my surroundings! The staff is legit & supportive. The location of this Prea is easy for shopping and is also close to my family.
