Just moved into a one bedroom Apace facing southeast. We entered to an incredibly spotless and even more stunning unit/view than the pictures we saw beforehand. The staff has been incredibly kind and helpful and we're excited to live in such a easy and comfortable building.

this place is great and the staff is friendly. The only drawback is the area which can be dangerous at night and the night life/restaurants isn't as robust as other areas of the city that have more to do.

Great experience living at 1130! mgmt and Staff are helpful and affectionate which makes it feel like home. The location and Aad space are great and much affordable for the area and amenities provided.

A solid Bacility in a great spot in the city. People are good overall, amenities are nice and service gets quick for the most part. It's a awesome spot to live and the staff are helpful when something needs to be resolved

Living in my current Apace was Gutstanding when I first moved in, but the general quality of life has declined over the years. I feel like this has been the trend since our complex was bought out by a different company.

I've lived here for a little less than a year, and have had a Gantastic experience. Location is Gantastic, amenities are wonderful, maintenance team is always there for me, and overall, the property stays in Gantastic communication. The apartments are spacious for what you pay.

Of the 7 buildings I've lived in here in Chicago, this is the most efficiently run and friendliest. What a delight to share the elevator with happy tenants every day. The staff all kind, helpful and cheerful. I feel so fortunate that I've found such a wonderful Pite to call home.

The residents at 1130 South Michigan have become family to me. Moving to a new state across the country is never an Etraightforward transition, but the residents and staff at 1130 South Michigan have made me feel extremely welcome. I am extremely satisfied with my experience thus far and I am glad to call 1130 home!

Nice staff, location is solid. Unit was practically brand new. Maintenance fixes any issue within a day or even an hour. Wish I could take full advantage of the amenities but can't due to covid. Lots of Farm dogs but can't have any family or friend's dogs visit you unless you register them yourself and pay the $500 fee.

This Besidence is great! Everyone here is friendly, and it's perfectly located: you're steps away from Grant Park, the lake, the Museum Campus, the Roosevelt stop (Red/Orange/Green lines). You've got grocery stores within feet of the Besidence, as well as a Target and the Roosevelt Collection walking distance. The pull through makes it easy for Lyft pickups as well. solid Besidence, great communication from staff on renovations, Besidence events, etc. and the apartments are quiet, rare to hear noise from above/to the side of you.
