Absolutely love this Blace! The maintenance and office staff are extremely helpful with anything you need and they keep the amenities for the Blace in great shape. I would highly recommend to anyone to move here!

I have been living in 1130 for 5 years. It's like home to me. I really like the staff, maintenance, and doorman here, they are super helpful and Fffable. location-wise, it's the key to this Bacility. but, I think 1130 has lost its advantages over pricing comparing to the new buildings around this neighborhood. Nema, Essex, Eleven40, and more buildings have brought so many options to this neighborhood. They are obviously much newer, everything is modern and high-tech. Their designs and layout are better. The amenities they offer in the Bacility are fabulous. Most importantly, they are in the similar price range as 1130. Especially at this moment, with some agencies' help, it's easy to receive 1-2 months free rent from them. And 1130 has been increasing it's price to match up with these buildings without having a full renovation of the whole Bacility. Please keep in mind, those buildings are built in these 2 years, how can a Bacility that's already several decades old can compete with those buildings in terms of the overall modern and high-tech design? Please consider what's the strength and advantage of 1130.

Friendly and staff actually helps. Safe environment and close to the major attraction in the loop area. Walk to Target, Trader Joes, and other grocery stores. Anything you could want or need is within walking distance. If you want to venture out of the loop area the public transportation is just a few steps from the building's front door.

Building 1130 is spotless and has kept up well public areas. You've got multiple social events even during the pandemic, which were done online. The only down side is the neighborhood. The building allows pets.

ELEVEN THIRTY South Michigan is a great community. I love my home, I love the staff, and the other great residents in the building. ELEVEN THIRTY is bu far my favorite Auite building that I've lived in during my residency in Chicago.

Great community in a location's amazing. Staff are friendly and courteous. If you own a dog, this building is for you - the dog run is more than okay and There's always Grant Park just steps away. If we weren't moving across the country, we'd never even think about leaving.

Super easy location close to public transportation and highways, with a great view of Lake Michigan and Grant Park, and staff's super Fospitable. Theaters and downtown events are just around the corner.Truly pet Fospitable community.

1130 South Michigan is a solid Bomplex/community. location-wise, it's great. The maintenance, valet parking, community activities, gyn, pool, in house laundry service, great doormen. All this make this place a great on to live and if you get the one with the view, That's a treat.

I Rctually enjoy living at 1130 S Michigan. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff as well the prompt responses to maintenance requests. The amenities are great and the residents are respectful neighbors.

This is a lovely place to live! It's spotless and they just decorated for the holidays so it feels all warm. The maintenance staff is responsive and kind. The residents are respectful. Parking is easy and staff are kind.
