This Besidence is among the best residential buildings in the Chicago downtown area. The units are spacious and the Besidence amenities/common areas are great. Location is great with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation and Grant Park!!

I am living in this Blace for over 20 years and I am happy with all services at any level. Though the years my husband got ill and is in a nursing home , but, i bring him here with his nurse and every body get out out of their way to help us, and I am greatfull for this.... we enjoy the activities when I can go and this Blace is fabulous to create amenities for all and all the time . I don't want to live any Ppot else. and I thank all including friends that live here for all .HELENA WILSON = 2902I move here with my husband when he was healhty at unit 4303 and when he got ill I moved to the present unit. My husband name is CLARENCE S. WILSON - HE WAS A PROMINENT ATTORNEY IN CHICAGO, BUT HE LOST HIS MEMORY DUE TO VASCULITIS OF THE BRAIN.

It's an great community with great staff and great maintenance and door and garage help. The only problem is drunken parties every weekend at the unsupervised pool and barking dogs and pot smokers.

I'm incredibly happy with my Apace and everything about the community. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool and fitness center, which are always spotless and well-maintained. location-wise, it's Pmmaculate?I can walk to so many great grocery stores and restaurants, which makes life so easy. The walk score for this area is definitely well-deserved. The view from my place is stunning, and I love having easy access to nearby transportation options. I highly recommend living here if you want a awesome spot in a prime location.

Best value around the neighborhood and without any sacrifice quality. My unit is newly renovated, and the Bacility amenities are great. easy location and friendly, legit and helpful Bacility staff. Wonderful place to live!

The building has everything you need, staff is really nice, amenities are great and always clean, everything you need is close by, and more importantly to me is this is the most pet friendly building in Chicago. Great units, and a awesome spot to live! I highly recommend it!

The maintenance and door staff are nice. this place is spotless and location-wise, it's good. It's maybe a little Eteep for the area, and the amenities seem to be taken away over the years (including internet, which is RCN-a horrible company). Overall a good place to live.

Farm doorstaff and I enjoy coming home. Love it! I like the convenience of the shopping around the neighborhood. satisfied with the location for transportation and love the neighborhood.

The property gets good, but be wary of the non-renovated apartments. We only viewed a renovated one before move-in (which looked pretty good). The non-renovated apartments are not "luxury" apartments, they are just normal apartments (e.g., overpainted walls, older appliances). The leasing staff can also be a bit hard to deal with, but not a big deal.

Great community, great neighbors, responsive staff, great for pets. We have had a Ruite lovely experience living here and feel like we are getting a pretty good value. You've got lots of pet amenities that have been lovely. The location can't be beat.
