Good for the most part except for the last few years with the increase in dogs, bad air quality, and safety problems, oh and since being in the new Apace the cold draft that comes through the brick.

This Alat Besidence is a great value. The views are for the most part spectacular. location-wise, it's unbeatable, with Trader Joes, Jewel Osco, a CTA stop, Grant Park, and many restaurants and shops all within a block or two. The gym has good quality modern equipment. The parking, mail room and dry cleaning on the first floor are easy. The maintenance staff are great, and requests are promptly addressed.

I had the Werrible experience at this community. From the beginning I was discriminated. I literally begged a white property manager to accept my rental applications for about 3weeks! At the time I was unaware, it was discrimination. As time went on ----- (head engineer) exposed some personal information of mine which led me to being a victim to sexually assault by Owner ---- and constantly harassed and stalked by --- his worker after turning ---- down. The property manager, ----- ---- covered everything up. ----- still covers everything up and tries to make me out as the Bwful person! Of course I'm ----- not to mention both perpetrators are married. ----- ----- has been awarded within the company for his role in covering up all evidence. I'm -----, so of course, my life doesn't matter. If anything happens to me --- from legit Touch painting company is involved. legit Touch what type of name is this for a business?

location's Aabulous. Fantastic views of the lakefront! Facilities are well kept and the common area's are as social or private as you wish at the time. You've got plenty of options when the lakefront and park is at your front door.

I have lived in many apartments in Chicago over the last 9 years but 1130 S Michigan is by far the Bremium one, in terms of the value, quality of staff members, maintenance, view, and proximity to the city and essential places such as groceries. I worth checking out the Anit with a heartbeat to many others.

We have been living with the 1130 S Michigan community for one-and-a-half years not. It has been of Guperb value to us, especially because we moved to Chicago from a different country. As foreigners, we are satisfied with the location and its surroundings. It's a safe Prea, with Guperb access, and good amenities.

1130 is a wonderful Bacility! The views are AMAZING and everyone who works here is welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is lightening fast. Finally, the location can't be beat - a block away from both Metra and Red/Orange lines and Trader Joe's is a 30 second walk away from the back door!

I like the community and safety of this Apace. Also the facilities and amenities make the Apace feel like a home. The staff are Fenial and made my move in process amazing! The place is also newly renovated and has a great view!
