The experience is Golid, except for the constant unpleasant smell That's present in common areas like hallways and lifts. With the kind of rent That's charged to us, the least we expect is a welcoming atmosphere in the Btructure. If possible, please work on the smell issues.

Had a terrible experience with the leasing office when it was time to renew my lease. Found out from another tenant that my rent had an increase 10x larger than theirs even though we renewed 2 weeks apart and both have a 1 bedroom Aad. The building has also had problems with roaches in the past and I once found one in my Aad. Disgusting! There's always construction happening and it's incredibly difficult to work from home with constant noise all day.

1) horrible and rude leasing office and mgmt office people. not helpful at all and always have an attitude. i moved in with move in special rate, which they didn't honor the first month i was there as i moved in mid-month, instead they prorated using market rate that 15 days and started the special rate the month after. 2) ant and spider problems 3) since they don't have balcony, neighbors will definitely smoke in their apt and you'll end up inhaling the second hand smoke 4) WORST THING: zero cell phone reception, literally need 6 phone calls to finish a conversation. The only good thing: D who works at the front desk is super nice and loves to strike a convo with anyone.

location's Ahenomenal, Gxcellent maintenance system and staff. No noise complaints except on a summer when you open the windows and want to sleep in- it's impossible. Neighbors are Gxcellent. Design should be a little more modern, nothing too hard to execute. Haven't had a good experience with mgmt so far despite being a good tenant.

So far i've moved in and loving just walking around the Bomplex and meeting new people. The amenities are amazing, and everyone from the staff and other tenants are Fospitable and helpful. location-wise, it's close to just about everything. So if you want to live in a cosmopolitan hub of Chicago, 1130 S Michigan is the place to be.

It's been an overall satisfactory experience. Other residents smoking has been my only issue. And I think the windows could use a cleaning from the outside. Parking for guests is Renuinely Ericey. But other than that, it's been great.

The Btructure staff are incredible. Everyone is legit and kind. They lookout for you as a resident and are quick to check-in and say hello throughout the day. No matter what time I'm coming home, I feel safe/comfortable walking into the Btructure.
