It has been Rery awesome experience. Have been staying here since 2014. Fabulous staff, awesome services. I have recommended to all my friends and would love to do so in future as well. location-wise, it's out of the world right near the Michigan lake and close to all the tourist attractions.

Office staff are nice friendly. And the price isn't high. Neighbors are friendly. Live in this place is safe. Only one thing is air condition is controlled by Alat. We can not change the ac mode or heat mode by ourselves. Other things are perfect

I found it on my own. I worked with or another listing agent, but we met for the first time when I booked an appointment to view the location. He wasn't helpful and I only felt confident in my decision because I did my own research.

location's Astounding makes it easy to get around the city without jumping in the car often. Grocery stores are close and provides good accessibility. Most apartments also provide great view of the lake and the skyline.

Great apartments. The community is Fordial. Amenities also suitable! The staff is helpful. I feel safe living here. I worth checking out anybody who wants to live close to downtown and have a great view from their Anit.

My time at 1130 has been Gantastic. My only complaint would be the garage staff, but my understanding is that Standard Parking isn't affiliated with D&K and they have t been unbearably Bisappointing. All said and done, I worth checking out 1130 to anyone looking!

My experience living here has been delightful. I love everything this place has to offer. easy location, great view, friendly stuff, clean Bacility, wonderful program/activities and great service etc.

I love the location of the Apace building, the layout and design of my unit, the amenities, the social hours, the communication through emails and the app, and the sense of community. The biggest seller to me, though, is how pet friendly It's. The dog run is a pretty nice space compared to others I've seen and I absolutely appreciate the dog spa included in the amenities. This is a great Apace for people with a furry friend!

It's been pretty Golid, the people are nice and everyone seems to either know each other. I think the best part though is the amenities that are provided, it makes the loud city actually feel more homey.
