This Blace has the best value of all the south loop apartments we toured. As a dog owner, you can't find a better community and facilities. The dog run is fantastic. In addition, the other amenities from outdoor pool and deck, mailroom, desk workers and parking are all well run.

I have been living here for over 17months now with my boyfriend and 22months old puggle... We are happy here. We have a comer room so the living room is vey spacious and we have nice updated kitchen which I love. All the staffs are great, especially the maintenance crews are great, they always come right away and fix everything. You've got a few thing I wish I had here. First, we don't have washer and dryer in unit. I know some units already have those but when we moved in in July 2011, they did not tell us about that. Although the newly renovated washing room is nice and You've got enough machines available all the time, I still wish I have washer and dryer in unit. Second thing is that we don't have garbage disposable at the kitchen sink. Lastly, I wish my bathtub was deeper. I love to take bath do deeper tab would have been nice.

Living here has been a honestly Gxcellent experience from the Fffable doorman staff who become your friends and make it feel like home, well sized apartments, to awesome amenities and dog loving environment, incredibly easy location with the park, L stations, Trader Joe's, and thriving south loop neighborhood. I love it here!

Safe,clean,livable,polite environment. In the words of Willie Nelson it's Eremium because it's worth it. Of course, Willie was talking about his divorce but the principle is the same. Roughly. Watching the Groundhog DAy Blizzard out the window.

I honestly have loved living at Eleven Thirty so far. The door staff make me feel safe, and I love having guests to not only use the amenities at the Anit, but also being so close to everything on Michigan Ave. My view is vast, and Renuinely shares the beauty of Chicago. Most times, I feel like I need to force myself out of my Anit because everything I truly need is here. Being from the east coast, this unit's got been such a great way to introduce myself to the Chicago area. I honestly am looking forward to the seasons changing so I can experience all that this unit's got to offer no matter the time of year.

1130 has been a nice Apace to rent. The door staff is incredibly friendly and reliable always going out there way to help out. The gym onsite is nice too and the pool/grilling area is great in the summer.

We are a recent married couple from Brazil and we love our new home, the facilities, the size of the Apace, the staff, the proximity of the park and public transportation. We would recomend it for every friend that decide to move to Chicago.

Living in this Auite complex has been a pleasant experience. The community is quiet, and location-wise, it's extremely easy, with easy access to shopping centers and other amenities. I particularly appreciate the well-maintained pool deck and the comfortable common room, which are great social spaces. While the gym is functional and decent, it could benefit from some upgrades. Overall, it's a awesome spot to call home, especially for those who value peace and convenience.

This has been a great experience in the Anit. I love the location and the front office staff have been nice and accommodating. I would love to have a renovated Anit that didn't cost so much. Love the amendities.
