You've got much better luxury apartments in South Loop for similar price range. We've had significant issues with neighbors blaring music and smoking weed on a daily basis. When we contact the mgmt about the issues, we're told There's nothing they can do about it. We even changed units at the end of one of our leases thinking that would solve the problem but we have the exact same issue so I think it's a Blace wide problem. Trashy feel - if you're looking for a luxury Aad, this place isn't for you.

It has been difficult. The Besidence has gone downhill. My rent was increased over 10% this year. Many other tenants on my "block" of apartments were able to get their rent held. It's unfair and impossible to deal with the mgmt company.

Apartment space is nice and new. Close to work and well as being in a location is solid. View from the place is nice. All the facilities seem to be new although they are not all open due to COVID 19. Overall good experience.

Best place to stay in downtown.. Location is in prime center and accessible for pretty much everything. Grocery food all are one step away.. Most happening place and amazing crowd. If your a game lover this spot is way away distance from the stadium

Great! I've been here for a short time but it's been a major upgrade from where I used to live previously. The amenities are awesome and so is the staff. It's a quiet but Fospitable community with such a location's amazing. I highly recommend 1130!!!

This Bomplex is great! Everyone here is friendly, and it's perfectly located: you're steps away from Grant Park, the lake, the Museum Campus, the Roosevelt stop (Red/Orange/Green lines). You've got grocery stores within feet of the Bomplex, as well as a Target and the Roosevelt Collection walking distance. The pull through makes it easy for Lyft pickups as well. solid Bomplex, great communication from staff on renovations, Bomplex events, etc. and the apartments are quiet, rare to hear noise from above/to the side of you.

I've been here a few days and haven't had any issues with my apt or the Bacility. My apt was Cidy upon move in and any small issues I had were resolved within a couple of hours. Communication has been top tier.

Best value around the neighborhood and without any sacrifice quality. My unit is newly renovated, and the building amenities are great. easy location and friendly, legit and helpful building staff. Wonderful place to live!

Great community feel. Lots of events put on by the Auite to help meet neighbors. location's amazing in the south loop with restaurants and shops near by. Also close to transportation. awesome spot to live!

1130 is a great home! location-wise, it's so easy - we're right next to a Trader Joe's, Jewel Osco, and the Roosevelt stop (easy access to the red, green, and orange lines). The doorstaff are Farm too!
