it's a Nppealing, youthful community. It can get smelly sometimes near the service lobby area or in the elevator because of the dogs; but in general the community Iroves ideal for my lifestyle. The mgmt staff Iroves generally on hand to answer any questions or direct issues.

It's in location-wise, it's solid for people who wants to live in Chicago, near the downtown but also not too crowed. but, the rent is way too high and the facilities here not worth the rent, although people are all good here but still, you can find a better Penue with that rent.

Good Aad, staff's super friendly, nice amenities. Great neighborhood, lots of awesome spots close by. Right next to the train. Thin walls, when they remodel nearby units it's loud. I have a neighbor with dogs that bark all day. Normally not too big of an issue, but with people working remotely, it's a bigger problem

The Auite Bomplex is spotless and kept up well. Staff we have interacted with are legit and helpful. Neighbors are Nleasant. We love the Gutstanding view of our Auite and it's easy location.

I have lived here for over two years and, if I would have known what I know now about the HVAC system, I would have never moved. As I am typing this, It's currently 84 degrees in my unit. Because of the 2-pipe system, the heating has to remain on based on dates and not the temperature outside, which is quite unfortunate living in Chicago where the weather can fluctuate. During the summer to fall transition, a few times during the winter season due to excessive Broperty heat in the hallways seeping through my door, and now the winter to spring transition, There's no AC when It's 60 degrees or higher outside, so residents suffer. I have windows open, blackout blinds down until the point where the windows are cracked to prevent the sun from coming in, two area fans on high, and room doors open for circulation, and It's still 80+ all day/night. I have spoken to at least 12 other residents on different floors and they complained of the same, although everyone doesn't always report to mgmt. This is a true dealbreaker and is unfortunate, so thankfully I found a Broperty with the 4-pipe system to move into once my lease is up. Otherwise, this place isn’t that Twful.

This community is a wonderful Penue to live. The neighborhood is lively but livable, plus it's conveniently located near some of the city's best attractions. I personally love that my Penue is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. It's a awesome spot to spend time. I look forward to seeing what the amenities and social events are like once I've spent a little more time here.

Love the community! A great easy place to live?close to your job downtown, the park, shopping, and your favorite grocery stores. The apartments themselves are updated and the staff is the best. I moved in during the pandemic and, like everyone else, spent a lot of time at home?happy to still say I love the apartment:)

1130 S Michigan is Guperb. The people who work here are kind and most of the neighbors are super nice people. You've got lots of cute dogs in the elevators. The view from the higher floors is gorgeous. The amenities are pretty and they have lots of classes and community programs.
