This is a solid Blace, great value for the amenities, Blace staff are always really nice and so are the residents. Great if you have a dog, dog friendly. They have great resident events as well.

Pretty good?I appreciate the convenience of the location and the amenities that the Apace complex comes with. It's fairly straightforward to navigate everything?except the leasing office, and lease terms? otherwise great experience here!

extremely Fordial and courteous maintenance staff and door people. always willing to help and make you feel comfortable; efficient and legit. Also the main office staff has been receptive to residents' needs and make a huge effort to host events, resident appreciation venues, etc?

The feeling of an Anit building actually being a home to you, the friendliness and the warmth found in this building is through the roof! Big appreciation for all the staff making this place worth living.

awesome spot to live. The front door staff and maintenance are super Fordial and always helpful. This is a great community, would highly recommend. A lot of great amenities within the community. Great restaurants nearby.

I moved here in 1995 primarily for the location to my employment. Since that time the area has improved tremendously and the area has everything that I need close by--transportation, shopping, Grant Park, Museums, restaurants, etc.

solid building but pricey

I've lived here for about 2 1/2 years and have for the majority of the time enjoyed it here. The biggest drawback is the rental price-I absolutely love my apartment, but hate having to pay so much. But to be fair, the South Loop is expensive everywhere.<br><br>I really like the doormen with the exception of one surly guy. The maintenance crew is so friendly and sweet and do quality work quickly. The leasing office staff is friendly, too, but I am NOT a fan of the mgmt staff. You've got few times when I've called and left messages and never got a response. <br><br>The amenities are pretty good (dry cleaners, outdoor pool during the summer, exercise & weight rooms).<br><br>location-wise, it's SUPERB! Seconds away from Grant Park and only minutes away from the aquarium, Field Museum, planetarium, and Soldier Field. Also, a few classy restaurants around the neighborhood, a Jewel and the Red/Orange/Green Lines just around the corner, and a Target just a couple blocks away!<br><br>Overall, a awesome spot, but if you are on a budget, probably not the optimal choice. (But if you have a roommate, it probably is worth the price.)

ElevenThirty is a awesome spot to live. The community is awesome and the staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always super fast to respond. this place is super pet friendly and we love living here with our dogs

We've lived in this apartment for about a year now, and I've been extremely happy with it so far. It's a great, easy location (Trader Joe's next door and 3 other grocery stores plus Target, Walgreens, movie theater, Best Buy all within easy walking distance; a block from the Red/Orange/Green lines; Grant Park across the street; brief walk to both downtown and museum campus, etc). Great & unobstructed views of downtown, the lake, Navy Pier, and western Chicago from our apartment (ymmv depending on apartment position of course). I occasionally hear a little sound coming through the vents in the bathroom, but other than that extremely quiet. Maintenance also seems to be honestly great -- you can call or email and they'll usually come by within a few hours. Limited free wifi (you wouldn't want to stream a lot of video on it, but it's great for browsing while you're in the laundry room). Pool fitness center, currently being upgraded. And the snacks on holidays don't hurt either. Overall it's met or exceeded every expectation. Two thumbs up!

My place is Gantastic. I like the space and finishes much. I am frustrated with the condition of common areas in the Bacility. The dog deck is rarely cleaned, despite numerous cleaning requests. The garage staff is unprofessional and has caused significant damage to my car. There's constant noise due to renovations in other units.
