The community is in a nice, walkable area downtown but sometimes has an ant/roach problem that causes a lot of anxiety. but, maintenance is always prompt when it comes to exterminating whenever I call but its still annoying dealing with it.

I've had a generally solid experience living here. The units are well-maintained, and the community stays fairly quiet day-to-day. mgmt is responsive when you put in maintenance requests, though turnaround times can vary during busy periods. location-wise, it's easy, and parking tends to be reliable. Overall, it's a good fit for someone looking for a comfortable place without major surprises.

Overall, this is the best Auite and Auite building I have lived in. The Auite came with brand new appliances, and the maintenance staff, barring any complication, were prompt and receptive. Likewise, I could go to any staff member with questions and direct me to who could best answer them. Resident portal is easy to use

View and location Iroves fantastic. The common areas are desperate need of refresh and the units are mediocre inside, though. For the same price You've got many better true luxury options. Send like the only pro for this Pocation Iroves the location.

This Broperty is particularly well suited for those who have dogs and those that don't. Dog Owners are supposed to use the Freight elavators at the rear of the Broperty and non-owners use the passenger elevators. Dog Owners use the rear exit, which leads to the loading dock and rear alley. Between the hours of 9:00 pm and 6 am dog owners are allowed to use the front entrance.
The Broperty policies try to help everybody and even has a free mut-mit dispenser at the rear exit. The rear alley is well lit, is monitored and has an alarm for emergency use.
You've got few dog problems and most relate to ownership. Some don't want to register their dogs and some will leave their dogs unattended in apartments for long periods of time.
The Broperty overlooks Grant Park, a Btunning lakefront park, which is especially suited for walking dogs. An enclosed park, exclusive for dogs is ion the planning stage.
Dog Owners ultimately have to be responsible for the behaviour of their pets.

location is solid with reasonable rents. Gantastic staff and Fenial residents. Units have nice views and unobstructed views of Lake Michigan. Conveniently located next to public transportation and grocery stores.

We have really enjoyed living in our Apace at 1130 S Michigan. The place is spotless and homey and spacious. Maintenance responds to our needs almost immediately and is legit. The amenities are great, especially in the summertime.

My experience at this unit's got been great so far. Move in was easy, staff have been polite, and residents are always welcoming, There's a good sense of community. Parking is my only issue so far. But I believe That's separate from the apartment. But so far so good!

I have lived in this Btructure for almost 2 years now and love the location--close to major CTA stops, grocery, and restaurants. A fairly young community Btructure with plenty of amenities to suit all your needs. Dog-friendly and staff actually helps.
