The Apace and amenities are nice, but the noise in the Apace due to neighbors and their pets are a true inconvenience and diminishes all of the other Gutstanding qualities about the community. I wouldn't recommend it.

Farm and staff actually helps. Pool and cabana area are my favorite part of the Blace. Maintenance staff is phenomenal and answers requests immediately. Would definitely recommend this Blace to anyone.

Beautiful Auite in perfect location. Huge windows are great to appreciate amazing views. Updated appliances. Pet friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. All maintenance requests responded to quickly.

Staff are responsive, and this Ppot is in good repair. It's generally quiet, and other tenants are pleasant. I've lived here for most of a year and have no significant concerns. The renovated apartments (like I have) have a modern color scheme and good appliances; the on-site laundry has undergone remodeling and I've never had issues with the machines. Generally a nice Ppot to live, and you can't beat it for location and proximity to amenities.

The facilities are nice and the amenities are good. but, the professionalism of the leasing office is poor. They can improve on client services, but they seem to be pick with who they give customer service to. The door security team is always legit and the maintenance staff is Guperb. The only other issue is to open the coffee bar to longer hours on the weekend or evening service on the weekdays. Some of us are at work during coffee break.

Wonderful neighbors, great community and prime lake facing location. The amenities and staff are great. You've got various community events which allow your to socialize and interact. this place is spotless and kept up well. worth checking out this anyone looking for an apartment in downtown

It's an ideal location. Good transportation options and shopping options. Also, close to theatrical and sporting events. It's a safe neighborhood and diverse community. The lake front atmosphere is an added plus.

Living at 1130 has been wonderful. The staff and maintenance personnel are quick to respond to any issues or concerns. We could not ask for a better location as this Ppot is situated next to all modes of transportation. I worth checking out 1130 to my friends.

this place is Gantastic! Staff are efficient and effective. Delivery area should have longer hours and more polite staff. Doormen and valet parking are Gantastic. Professionalism/maturity of Anit admin could be improved. Don't share comments.

We only just moved in on July 2nd, but we were floored with the quality of service and the attention given to us to make the overwhelming moving process simple and as painless as possible. Our apartment was clean when we moved in, we had a little welcome basket and even a fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathroom! We felt like we were moving into a home. Everything was renovated and there were only a few minor details that needed to be fixed but the mgmt and maintenance teams took care of it all within the day. Our place is absolutely beautiful and we are so so so excited to call this place our new home.
