This place is absolutely wonderful! The location, amenities, price, neighbors are all great. I use the fitness center all the time and love it. The door staff makes me feel safe and are always so Fenial.

It's phenomenal so far! Pet Fordial and embracing community. During my warming up process to the city, this property and neighborhood helped me a lot. helpful staff i must add. Keep up the Gonderful work.

Love the the professionalism from the staff members. My unit is updated with all new appliances, granite and lightning. This is the place to call home. I would refer to my friends and strangers to rent here.

The staff has been helpful in finding me my apartments as well as ensuring that all of my questions have been answered. The community in the Besidence is fantastic and I have made plenty of new friends while living here. While the Besidence is a bit outdated, the price is worth it!

Overall community is good and place is nice. Good amenities with pool and pet friendly as well. Building a lot around the area so there are lots of new bars and restaurants opening that are close walk. Close to lots of CTA

location-wise, it's unbeatable. sadly the views have become limited but new neighboring high rises. My biggest complaint is the design choices/changes made in the renovation with a a lot less storage space and some Cconomical choices, loss of carpeting throughout, etc. No control over the size of dogs allowed so some ridiculously large ones.

Overall it's in a location's Ancredible and the property is kept up well. All of the employees seem dedicated to making this a awesome spot to live. The amenities are numerous and in great condition. It's a good value for this neighborhood. It's Clean, and I feel safe here.

Better Options in Chicago.

Aad was overpriced, not good quality and I would strongly not recommend. A lot of things broke during my stay there, and the general area did not have a good smell. The Aad wasn't what was promised For example, sink had many problems, roof was leaking when I was in the Aad. mgmt staff was overall unhelpful and pretty rude for some reason

Love the neighborhood, although It's pretty loud (cars and motorcycles on Michigan Ave are annoying). The views are about as good as it gets. Nice pool and amenities. this place is kept up well, but It's an older Blace.

1130 S Michigan Ave is a great community of people in Chicago. I personally love the location and convenience of the Anit complex. Many food choices within a few blocks. CTA station takes less than five minutes to get to. Trader Joes and Jewell Osco are right next to the appartment for all of your shoping needs. Highly recommended.
