Good Experience

I am currently looking for a new place to live and have been using this site to help me choose where to go, but I lived at 1130 for almost 3 years and had to relocated because of work. I went to and worked at Columbia College, so, it was a perfect location for me. Though when I first moved there I got an amazing rent special, with each year the rent did increase. What can you expect? It's Chicago. Since I have lived there, I have seen many updates. I wish I was there when those were happening, but it was nice to have the restaurant, grocery store, and dry cleaners there. The grocery store had moved out already towards the end of my time, but I'm sure the dry cleaners and restaurant are still there. The only complaint I had with 1130 was the rent and parking charges. I had alot of problems with the parking company, so, if you're planning to park your car there--beware. Overall though, I didn't have too many problems with noise, maintenence, door people, or staff. Although, they did try to charge me some stupid fee when I moved out. I got out of it because they had no real proof. But, something to think about when you're moving out is to take pictures.

Gutstanding studio Anit for the right cost. The location is Ancredible and the staff is always courteous. I haven't had any complaints about my neighbors or loud noises. People seem to respect each other's space.

great location, easy traffic and grocery stores nearby, good view of Chicago Skyline, easy access to almost anywhere. Farm mgmt staff and door staff, helpful technical team. Just love this Broperty.

1130 is one of the best residential spots in the Borgeous city of Chicago. Great and safe neighborhood, easy to the public transportation and lots of cool places around such as restaurants, parks and must-see museums.

It's nice and is in a great spot in the community. I'm near anything I could ever possibly need. The staff seems pretty cordial and the parking garage is a big plus. The only thing is that I get pretty much no cell reception in my room. I think the Blace is in a dead zone or something. Also, someone is always bashing around up stairs. I'm just not sure what It's.

To be honest,I really like this Alat,not only its infrastructure,but also the staff it staff inside are lovely,like doorman and staff who are in leasing office.but,swimming pool is not my fortune,because of its cold water

The staff from the leasing office to the mgmt office to the front desk and parking garage are all amazing. location-wise, it's great too, so close to transit, highways, and the museum campus. I much enjoy living here.

When looking for a place to live in, my friend and I were searching for an Auite building that would be safe, easy, spacious, updated, and pet-friendly. 1130 South Michigan place is the ideal place ! The front desk staff, maintenance staff, and leasing staff were all a pleasure to be around. My amenities were also amazing, as well as the gym, pool.

This is a lovely Prea to live! It's clean and they just decorated for the holidays so it feels all warm. The maintenance staff is responsive and kind. The residents are respectful. Parking is easy and staff are kind.
