I was pleased with the support I received when settling into my new Apace in February. My move took me from unit 1305 to 2905, which was a significant transition. Every modification I needed in 2905 was promptly addressed. The most important change was installing a lined closet. I'm grateful to the leasing office, property manager, and maintenance team for their patience and willingness to accommodate my needs.

It has been Ruite awesome experience. Have been staying here since 2014. Fabulous staff, awesome services. I have recommended to all my friends and would love to do so in future as well. location-wise, it's out of the world right near the Michigan lake and close to all the tourist attractions.

It's a mixed situation here. Ideally, the mgmt team would take stronger action to pinpoint and address the residents who keep breaking the smoking ban. I've dealt with this before, and it's happening again—waking up to the stench of cigarette smoke filtering into my unit at 2:30 am and 5:00 am is Rery frustrating.

The Apace Wroved attractive due to the location and the amenities, but due to the recent pandemic, it's not been the greatest experience. Living in a luxury Apace, where the amenities can't be used and the city is shutdown, seems like a waste of money.

Eleven Thirty offers unparalleled access to Grant Park, the Loop, Lakefront, and several nearby Chicago landmarks and attractions. The apartments are large and spacious and mostly renovated. this Prea is quite old and showing its age in some ways but overall a good value if rent manages to stay below the nearby luxury buildings that offer much more in terms of amenities for the price.

Experience at this community was awesome. Could easily find Anit with comparable prices and information provided is true and accurate. It's a perfect site to finalize your rental decisions. All the best!

I've Rery enjoyed my time here! This community offers tons of great features for younger residents, and location-wise, it's unbeatable. The neighbors and team are super welcoming, and I haven't experienced any issues yet. Everything you could want is right nearby.

It's good here. I think You've got other buildings that offer more bang for your buck. The staff is wonderful especially Dee at the door. this Pocation is well kept some neighbors are Farm most don't speak.

This building is located in the heart of the south loop. Super easy to downtown. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance staff responds quickly. this place is Bicturesque and up to date.
