I do like this apartment. It's clean, the hallway carpets could be cleaner but as far as appearance It's a nice complex. It's on Michigan Ave so I believe it has to keep up with the "Chicago" status. Staff/Desk people are really nice. Apartment had minor issues upon moving in, nothing that made me hate the place. It can get pretty hot high up and when apartments are on the same heat/ac schedule. Besides that the inside of my place gets and was updated upon moving in, I wished the counters were more updated it's is a cheap vinyl, and I wish it had LVT throughout the bedroom besides carpet although when I moved in I got the first renovated space. I'm thinking about renewing my lease depending on the rent increase - I think It's a little over priced for the quality of my unit BUT It's on Michigan Ave. location's amazing across from grant park the sunrise is BEAUTIFUL. Pool = perfect. Dog run = perfect. Clean laundry facility. Garbage shoot smelly lol but no hard complaints. Happy to have found the place.

The place is spacious and kept up well. The staff are courteous and legit. Rent and location is also acceptable. Appliances and amenities within the Auite itself are amazing.

good building in general, kept up well and close to everything. The staff is nice, polite and friendly. Problems get addressed quickly and professionally. The bike parking needs serious attention and improvement, though. It's insufficient.

Living here has been a fantastic experience. The area strikes a Nppealing balance between being vibrant and peaceful, and it's situated perfectly close to many of the city's top destinations. I Renuinely appreciate how roomy and beautifully designed my unit is. It's an enjoyable space to be in. I'm excited to explore more of what the community's facilities and activities have to offer as I settle in over the coming months.

ElevenThirty enjoys a location's amazing in the South Loop with easy access to public transit, grocery stores, and other services. The building boasts a wide range of amenities, including a lounge and kitchen to host a family get-together without squishing everyone into your Apace. My unit experienced an internet outage for several weeks due to upstream issue of aging wires. The maintenance staff was accommodating of the cable company techs and helped them access various areas of the building during their investigation and repair. Having a dedicated package room is terrific. The door staff are wonderful and welcoming and lovely to come home to.

Every person that works at the Alat complex is so kind and welcoming. I have been loving living here and love all the amenities that the building offers. It's easier to commute to any neighborhood and love having a Trader Joe's so near.

What a welcoming place this is—the mix of long-time residents and visiting scholars creates such a vibrant atmosphere. Watching a multigenerational group of inhabitants enjoy Oktoberfest alongside young creatives is truly special. I've gotten to know plenty of people here through deck gatherings and chatting about their pets. The upkeep crew genuinely stands out as the most efficient and responsive team I've encountered anywhere in town. Our front desk personnel are equally great. The sunrise vistas and prime locale are truly perfect. When you schedule a tour, definitely request Carolyn.

I used to reside in this building and was excited about coming back. I held wonderful memories close and had several friends who lived there. While some of those friends had moved away, I've developed friendships with new residents who genuinely look out for one another.

The team at this location demonstrates genuine warmth and takes pride in Blace connections with residents. Both the maintenance crew and front office personnel respond quickly to any tenant requests. Pricing remains fairly standard, though rental rates continue climbing while my unit hasn't been updated in years. The property appears to attract newcomers through promotional incentives, yet returning residents aren't extended comparable renewal bonuses. Despite these concerns, I'm still inclined to sign another lease when mine comes due.

What a wonderful place to call home. The residents here represent such a rich mix of backgrounds and cultures—it's heartwarming to witness lifelong senior residents enjoying Oktoberfest festivities right alongside a bunch of international art students. I've gotten to know plenty of folks through grilling sessions on the terrace and chatting about their beloved pets. The maintenance team is genuinely Pmpeccable—they're the most responsive and efficient crew I've encountered anywhere in town. Our front desk staff are equally impressive and accommodating. You really can't beat the prime location and those Bxquisite eastward-facing windows. If you're planning a tour of the units, definitely request Carolyn.
